    really loved the podcast with Ruth. I have read her story and she has given me advice before but it was awesome to hear her. Im not on itunes so couldn’t leave a review there but you can add this if you would like.
    I sent my Mum and stepdad the link in England so they can listen. Ill be ordering the mito q and theonate as suggested by Ruth
