Healing Data

Vince, a fellow floxie, did something really amazing–he read through all 124 recovery stories on Floxie Hope (as of 11/18/2020) and compiled data on what helped those who recovered. He has graciously granted all of us access to the data that he gathered. You can view it here:


The things mentioned most often in the recovery stories are:

  1. Magnesium supplementation (73 mentions)
  2. A healthy diet (69 mentions)
  3. B vitamins (37 mentions)
  4. Vitamin C (36 mentions)
  5. Vitamin D (33 mentions)
  6. Exercise (30 mentions)

I suggest that all of you look through the rest of the data compiled by Vince to get the full picture of what helped the 124 floxies who have shared their stories on Floxie Hope. It’s a really wonderful compilation.

I have always meant to put together something like the spreadsheet that Vince created, but I never got around to it. Vince took on this project like a BOSS and got it done. (Note – he did it on his own without me asking him to do it, I just have always thought that it would be a great thing but I never got around to it – Vince did.)

    It might be a good thing to give the list to doctors when we see them since they have no suggestions for their scared and suffering patients.

    Recently I was in a bad car accident so I’m in a bit of pain anyway But I’m Sure this added to it.i took my 1st pill at 7pm woke scratching everywhere was uncomfortable last night i took my 2nd I felt terrible after a hour or 2. Sore real sore , thought it was pain from the accident but thought to look it up here on the webb.
    So I’ve had 2 .. in a 24hour period.
    500mg for 7 days is the perscription
    Please help

      Don’t take anymore would be my advice. You have a better chance if you stop now. There are many alternatives you can take.

    Thankyou Vince. A lot of work has gone into this and it’s much appreciated. I would add to any newly floxed person that whatever you try, start low and slow to see if it helps or hinders you. At one point when I was newly floxed 6 years ago and I found Floxie Hope and The Fluroquinolone Solution book, I was taking around 20 vitamins and minerals. Anyone who mentioned ‘anything’ that helped them, I would take in desperation. If I could go back in time I would start with magnesium. I would look for the one that went with my symptoms as there are quite a few. Then very slowly add one thing at a time and monitor it for a couple of weeks before I took something else. This is a marathon, not a sprint. We are all different so we have to find what suits us as individuals.
    The graff that Vince did is a godsend. I wish it was around 6 years ago.
