Floxie Hope

This site is to give HOPE to those who are suffering from Fluoroquinolone Toxicity Syndrome as a result of being poisoned by fluoroquinolone antibiotics – Cipro, Levaquin, Avelox, Floxin, etc.  It contains stories of healing.

Cipro, Levaquin, Avelox and all other fluoroquinolones are dangerous drugs that can have devastating effects that cumulatively I’ll refer to as Fluoroquinolone Toxicity Syndrome or Floxing.  Fluoroquinolone Toxicity Syndrome/Floxing includes damage to connective tissue (tendons, ligaments, cartilage, fascia, etc.) throughout the body, damage to the nervous systems (central, peripheral and autonomic), and more. The damage done by fluoroquinolone antibiotics can destroy a person’s quality of life or even kill them. Certainly, there is a time and a place for drugs with dangerous side effects. If you find yourself in a septic shock induced coma, fluoroquinolones may save your life. Unfortunately, these drugs are not being reserved for life or death situations. People are being prescribed them for urinary tract infections, suspected prostate infections, upper respiratory infections, as a prophylactic for travelers’ diarrhea, ear infections, pink eye, etc. Thousands of people have suffered needlessly from the devastating effects of fluoroquinolone antibiotics, when another, safer antibiotic could have, and should have, been used.

The damage done by fluoroquinolones is largely unacknowledged by the medical establishment and an accurate diagnosis, compensation and relief are difficult to come by. There is no known cure for Fluoroquinolone Toxicity Syndrome/Floxing.  However, many people continue to LIVE after being poisoned by fluroquinolones.  They find healing, recovery, perseverance, compassion and hope.  These are their stories.

This site is meant to give hope for healing to those who are adversely effected by fluoroquinolones.  It is no way meant to disregard the pain of those who are chronically suffering from the horrifying effects of Cipro, Levaquin, Avelox or the other fluoroquinolones.  There are people who don’t recover.  Their stories are real and they matter.  There are also people who are able to recover and I share their stories with the hope that they inspire others, or at least give hope that recovery is possible.

Here is a New York Times article about the dangers of fluoroquinolone antibiotics – http://well.blogs.nytimes.com/2012/09/10/popular-antibiotics-may-carry-serious-side-effects/?_r=0 – more news stories, research papers and other resources can be found on the “Links and Resources” page.

Hey, does anyone know how long a mask for the covid 19 last? I’m always thinking that, bringing home something that could have been infected and reusing it time after time it’s probably more dangerous than not using one at all? Any idea? I’ve heard some people disinfect them with alchol…The problem with these masks, it’s that are almost impossible to find, at least here, and they cost quite a lot. Using it once a day it become pretty expensive

    • L March 29, 2020 at 1:25 pm Reply

Well they are SUPPOSED to be one time use. Sadly doctors are using them over and over again. I saw one on the news who had a paper bag clipped to her waistband…where she kept her one and only mask. This CDC site is for healthcare workers but says “Hang used respirators in a designated storage area or keep them in a clean, breathable container such as a paper bag between uses. To minimize potential cross-contamination, store respirators so that they do not touch each other and the person using the respirator is clearly identified. Storage containers should be disposed of or cleaned regularly.
Clean hands with soap and water or an alcohol-based hand sanitizer before and after touching or adjusting the respirator (if necessary for comfort or to maintain fit).
Avoid touching the inside of the respirator. If inadvertent contact is made with the inside of the respirator, discard the respirator and perform hand hygiene as described above”

What I have been reading says that the Covid19 virus is 1 micron wide and the N95 masks are 3 microns wide the assumption is that if the doorway is 3 microns and you have a blast of 1 microns that you will still protection cause they can’t all get through that one opening at one time sparing you somewhat. We need better protection.

My understanding is it is a one time use deal. Disposable! My friends husband who is an ER doc said they had resorted to having to sanitize and reuse them.

Concidering mask use:the best solution seems to be a mask that kills virusses, and is reusable. These researchers took three filter layers (out of three masks),and imprignated them with salt. Here are the research results,as published in Nature:

About the difference between a “normal” surgicaal mask and the N95 respirator mask:

          Click to access UnderstandDifferenceInfographic-508.pdf

Conclusion: the “normal” surgical masks, most people use,are almost useless against the corona- and other virusses.N95 is a better, but not the ultimate solution, but hardly usable for most people. My opinion is,that the “salt-mask” is the best option to go for (three layers of filter material from the usual surgical masks, and salt impregnated to eliminate corona and other virusses).

Best of all:avoiding contact with other, possibly infected people, direct AND indirect (things that might be contaminated by infected people),and wash your hands frequently with SOAP (kills virusses by disolving their outer layer).

Here is an article about Colloidal Silver impregnated face masks.
Pay particular attention to this: An excerpt from the article. The Good News:
        You Can Make Your Own
But here’s the truly good news:
If you can’t find silver-impregnated antimicrobial face masks at a price you can afford, you can always make your own for just pennies simply by buying some inexpensive disposable face masks and spraying them lightly with colloidal silver just before you need to wear them. Allow them to air dry after spraying — and voila! – you’ll be able to enjoy the infection-fighting protection of silver in your face mask without the exorbitant cost. Most experts recommend face masks that meet the NIOSH N95 filtration standard, which basically means that mask filters out at least 95% or more of particulates down to 0.3 microns in diameter. If NIOSH certified N95 masks can’t be found, make sure the mask is “medical grade” and has a BFE (bacterial filtration efficiency rating) of at least 95% or more and a PFE (particulate efficiency rating) of at least 95% or more.

Such face masks can generally be found on Amazon, or through other online sources.

The bottom line is that you can easily and inexpensively add antimicrobial silver to your face mask simply by using a pump spray bottle to spray it lightly with some colloidal silver, and allow it to air dry before use.

This is just another of the myriad of health-enhancing (and potentially life-saving) “underground” uses for colloidal silver that most people simply don’t know about. But now, you do!
Yes……. At the end is a solicitation to buy his colloidal silver generator because the article is from “The Silver Edge” web site.
But there is also some clinical trials and lab work include in the article to prove the worth of the colloidal silver sprayed on masks.

Andrea…………. Here is an article about masks. You read it and then decide about masks. https://www.positivemed.com/2020/03/13/which-masks-actually-protect-against-covid-19/

    • L March 29, 2020 at 1:34 pm Reply

This seems mostly contrary to what the Korean doctor said in the video that was posted here. Their numbers are low because everyone is wearing different types of masks there. It just makes sense that ANY kind of barrier put in front of the nose and mouth will offer more protection than nothing. But again, these kinds of pronouncements are put out to keep people for hoarding masks, I believe.

      • Andrea March 29, 2020 at 2:28 pm Reply

Uhm…but in the video the doctor seems to be quite sure about the N95 and the KF94 types…

        • L March 29, 2020 at 3:17 pm

yeah, but if you look at the videos of people walking around, there were a variety of masks being used. There are hospitals where they are using scarves. Any kind of barrier is better than nothing. Obviously N95 is ideal…but when you don’t have that…..

      • Andrea March 29, 2020 at 2:33 pm Reply

I came to this conclusion : surgical mask, good to not spread the virus around, not good for your own protection, N95 and KF94, good for not spreading the virus and your own protection.

      • Don M March 29, 2020 at 4:36 pm Reply

L….. Your right. Anything is better than nothing. Just so people don’t start thinking that masks are the complete answer. The only thing that seems to be nearly 100% OK is a properly fitted full face respirator.

One of my integrative doctors sent out this video, from a Dr David Price, working in NY. Lots of good info, but at around 32:20 he talks about how the nurses are wearing surgical masks ONLY 80 percent of the time, and use the N95 only during certain procedures. (and around 47 minutes he talks about home made masks.)

It’s,again, all about the patents and the gain!

      • selcem April 3, 2020 at 6:16 am Reply

        Hello Henk,

this high dose of vitamin c was asked to a doctor in an interview here and he stated that it is risky for liver. On the other hand they are using drugs with countless side effects. You know doctors always tell same, we do proven treatments based on clinical studies. I hope we wont catch this virus, because even the way of treatment will be a big challenge and discussion.

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 4, 2020 at 4:02 am

You’re right,Selcem, attacking high dose vit.C IV on the fact that it is risky for the liver (is there any proof of this claim?),while most of the alopathic “medicines” are known to be toxic for liver, kidneys (even at the “normal” dose)and, part of them, even for the whole body is absurd! And these “clinical studies” have proven to often be frauded,cherry-picked etc. Some of them are 100% made up by ghost-writers.

My doctors confirmed what I already thought;I have a serious anemia, and they prescribed me Ferrofumaraat.I read the insert and was “not amused”.Went to a website (in english:MyMedicine) and only a few tolerated this “medicine well;most of them write that this poison is far worse than the anemia itself. One man noted that a university/hospital here,in NL,actually did research on the usual dose, because of the extreme adverse reactions, and experimented with a lower dose. Not 3 pills dayly, but 1 pill, every other day.

Conclusion was: this way,you very much limit the aadverse reactions wwhile the effect on the anemia is almost as good. Why? Because after taking one dose, the body rejects further iron uptake for 2 day’s (!),and because the uptake of iron is exclusively in the upper track of the guts, taking too much iron at once will, because of this self-limiting effect, bring too much iron to the lower part of the guts, where it promotes growth of the bad bacteria aand causes severe gut and other problmens. Some even report heart arrithmea!

This initial research was published in 2015;why do doctors NOT react on this new knowledge and cause lots of misery, and many stopping the iron supps, where this new way of dosing offers a solution? Because, during all these (very luxury!) “After schhol weeks” they learn to prescribe MORE,not LESS “medicines”.The medical world is so severaly corrupted, and we,the patients/customers are the ones who pay the bill.In money and health.

After 3 pills,in five days,my stomach turned, and aalthough I had just eaaten a meal, most of it was slime, and in it,two little brown ….pills? Could only have been the pill I took that morning, and the one I took 2 days earlier. That made me stop taking them. Now I supplement with red meat (and pork liver;I don’t like it but it is a great iron supp),and there’s a fruit sirop with added iron supp (advising not to use it without doctors agreement),called Roosvicee Ferro,of which I use about 1 table spoon/day (max is 3),and my HB is going up (from 7.6 to 8,2 in just the few days since I bought my HB/glucose/cholesterol/Uric Acid meter. When I tell this to my female doc she ‘s gone be angry on me again, screaming “Are you “playing” doctor yourself, again? Yes;I am!

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 4, 2020 at 5:01 am

Ohh,I don’t use the Roosvicee every day, just once in 2-3 days, and,of corse,I printed the publication about the “less is better” research (https://www.radboudumc.nl/nieuws/2015/betere-behandeling-van-ijzertekort-bij-bloedarmoede-ontdekt ).The link is in dutch;use google translate if you want to read it.

And add to that the fact that Trump has a financial vested interest in the chloroquine drug that he’s pushing at everyone during all his briefings. Follow the money. The one I am interested in hearing more about is the drug that was mentioned in passing a month or so ago and just again last night – the one that kills the virus instantly in the petri dish and will start trials “this spring” well we are in spring hurry up……

Well that may be one of only a few states I have not been to…driven through.

I went to my integrative MD/pulmonolgist/internist today and was told to take 3K mg of vitamin C three times a day! I think I will work up to it, since it can cause “issues.” I will do 1,000 x 3 for a couple days and go up from there. He also told me to go BACK to 5,000 IU vitamin D with K daily. But you may want to consider the same, especially since you already have flu symptoms. Hope it’s just that! Keep us posted!

They’re lucky then. The verdict isn’t 100% in yet, but most experts believe having had it will give them immunity.

    • sheila April 2, 2020 at 9:34 am Reply

A little input here, the CDC and W.H.O. have stated that anyone who has flu like symptoms needs to automatically isolate themselves from family so that the family member does not become a “carrier” to others out in the public the fact that your husband is still working means that if it is covid he is contaminating others in the workplace who will then do the same he needs to quarantine with you for 14 days to see if this is the flu or covid. Others are depending on us all to do the right thing and stay home even if it’s just the sniffles we are supposed to be proactive with isolation from others. Please try to convince your husband to stay home for quarantine.
I took 2,000mg of Vit C a couple of years ago to fight off a flu while my motherinlaw had cancer and was living with us and whew that had me in the bathroom several times a day I wasn’t sure it would ever let up so keep us updated on how that much vit C affects you.
Stay well. Keep that husband at home.

shiela……….. I second your admonishment. The ONLY reason that this virus is spreading so widely is because far to many people are ignoring the recommendations.

        • sheila April 2, 2020 at 11:49 am

I certainly didn’t want to come off harsh but dang people are dying cause others won’t stay home or they think they won’t carry the germs on their own clothes from an infected family member, to someone in the public. I mean how long as this man been working knowing his wife is sick with something?? every day that he went to work knowing his wife was fighting something like the flu means everyone – I do mean everyone he came into contact with has the potential to carry those same germs to others – he needs to let his employer know he might have contaminated the whole workplace and others and let the employer notify those people so that they too can quarantine themselves for 14 days – this is not a thing to just say oh well we did this or that to limit exposure no you quarantine cause it’s now been proven it’s in the air when you breathe out and it’s in the air when you speak – how many people did the man speak too during his whole day and for how many days????
This just upsets me to no end…….the lack of recognizing how dangerous each person is to the next.
Anyway I get really angry about germs being passed to people unaware and then becoming aware and still not notifying those that have come into contact with said person. This IS how pandemics continue …….and it doesn’t matter that the man is now laid off that doesn’t fix the people who may become sick as a result of working until now……. it fixes nothing to say he’s now laid off yes it’s great for him cause he can isolate from others but what about the “others” he contaminated in the meantime.

I hope that the man involved contacts his employer asap and lets EVERYONE know who came into contact with him they need to isolate for 14 days at least. This is scary.

Buckeye state here also. Friends ex husband and son came down with fever last week. They did not get tested as it was mild and after the fever broke they seem to be doing well. So it’s here and spreading. I hope you feel better are you running a temp? I so chances are you have it. And if so please isolate from your husband, sleeping in a diffrent room and using a separate bath. They say if a family member has it, obviously you avoid and wear a mask when you do get near them. According to a New Jersey Doc, the CDC states if a doctor gets it, once his fever breaks and he is no longer symptomatic he can return to work but must wear a mask all the time. Not sure when that is lifted.

    • sheila April 2, 2020 at 11:54 am Reply

Please for everyone’s safety have your husband notify his employer that you are sick with flu like symptoms and everyone that he came into contact with at work needs to isolate for 14 days or more to ensure they too are not contaminated with whatever it is.

This is our public responsibility to keep others safe – please call the employer regardless of your husband being laid off he needs to inform those he came into contact with……do it for us all…….and let’s hope it’s just the flu for sure but just in case keep others safe by calling the employer
Hope you get to feeling better real soon I do mean that

So doing all we can, and his layoff came at a perfect time. I’ve been taking about 3-4k mgs of vitamin c throughout the day and olive leaf 3x’s a day, and so far no stomach upset.
Anyhow thanks for all the advice and stay safe cuz it’s so stressful even if it’s a regular flu you can’t help wondering if it’s covid 19 and on top of that after being floxed you feel so much more vulnerable.

So glad your feeling better. I belong to a group where they really talk up mega dose vitamin C. So I ordered some. Would you believe it was all sold out and also marked up 4xs the normal price on E bay? Amazon was mostly sold out also however I did end up getting quite a bit. Be well Joanneg!!!

  13. Henk Noordhuizen April 3, 2020 at 1:34 am Reply

And what about this (article by Open Markets Institute):

The New York Times reported last week that a 2012 acquisition by multinational medical device manufacturer Covidien stopped the planned production of highly affordable ventilators that the government had sought to produce in case of a national emergency. The lack of ventilators might well cost the lives of Americans suffering from COVID-19. As the Times report made clear, this shortage appears to be the result of an anti-competitive acquisition.

In 2008, Newport Medical Instruments, a small medical device company in California, was awarded a government contract to produce 40,000 ventilators. These ventilators were meant to provide a buffer to meet the demand from hospitals during a national emergency, such as a pandemic, when lifesaving ventilators are needed. By 2010, Newport had developed a highly capable ventilator and had managed to lower the per-unit price to $3,000. However, after Newport was acquired by Covidien for $100 million, Covidien canceled the government contract, and no ventilators were ever produced for the original government project.

As the total number of confirmed U.S. cases from COVID-19 surpassed 200,000 this week, hospitals are increasingly in dire need of ventilators for infected patients. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said his state, the hardest hit by the outbreak, will need 30,000 ventilators. The United States, however, only has 12,700 ventilators in the Strategic National Stockpile. The government has even asked Ford and General Motors to produce ventilators to increase our national supply. The ventilator shortage means that medical professionals will have to make difficult decisions, rationing ventilators to infected patients. Many of those hospitalized might die – unnecessarily – as a consequence of these decisions.

Public officials and rivals say that Covidien bought Newport to eliminate Newport as a competitor in the ventilator business. Covidien pulled out of the government contract in 2014, possibly because the deal was not profitable enough for the company and would reduce its profits for its existing ventilator products.

Covidien’s purchase of Newport is an example of a literal “killer acquisition” – one that has life or death consequences for individual Americans and families. This acquisition should have been illegal under antitrust law, as the merger substantially lessened competition in the already highly concentrated ventilator industry.

In recent years, many reformers have adopted a framework of analysis based on the idea that the political economy has been “financialized” by Wall Street, and that this process has shifted economic activity away from making things to making money. But as the Times article on ventilator production makes clear, there is a much more simple explanation. This is that the radical overthrow of anti-monopoly law a generation ago freed monopolists and mercantilists to consolidate power over entire realms of the political economy, and to use their power in ways that degrade and destroy entire systems of production on which we rely for many of our most vital goods and services.

    Reposting from a friend’s page:

Doctors are reporting they now understand the behavior of the COVID 19 virus due to autopsies that they have carried out. This virus is characterized by obstructing respiratory pathways with thick mucus that solidifies and blocks the airways and lungs. So they have discovered that in order to apply a medicine you have to open and unblock these airways so that the treatment can be used to take effect however all of this takes a number of days. Their recommendations for what you can do to safeguard yourself are …
    1) Drink lots of hot liquids – coffees, soups, teas, warm water. In addition take a sip of warm water every 20 minutes bc this keeps your mouth moist and washes any of the virus that’s entered your mouth into your stomach where your gastric juices will neutralize it before it can get to the lungs.
    2) Gargle with an antiseptic and warm water like vinegar or salt or lemon every day if possible
    3) The virus attaches itself to hair and clothes. And detergent or soap kills it but you must take bath or shower when you get in from the street. Avoid sitting down in your home and go straight to the shower. If you cannot wash your clothes daily, hang them in sunlight which also helps to neutralize the virus
    4) Wash metallic surfaces very carefully bc the virus can stay viable on these for up to 9 days. Take note and be vigilant about touching hand rails, door knobs, etc. and keep these clean in home home
    5) Don’t smoke
    6) Wash your hands every 20 minutes with any soap that foams and do this for 20 seconds
    7) Eat fruits and vegetables. Try to elevate your zinc levelS
8)Animals do not spread the virus to people. Its a person to person transmission.
9)Try to avoid getting the common flu as this already weakens your system and try to avoid eating and drinking any cold things.
    10) If you feel any discomfort in your throat or a sore throat coming on, attack it immediately using the above methods. The virus enters the system through the throat but will sit in the throat for 3-4 days before it passes into your lungs.
    In addition …
Experts suggest doing this simple verification every morning: Breathe in deeply and hold your breath for 10 seconds. If this can be done without coughing, without difficulty, this shows that there is no fibrosis in the lungs, indicating the absence of infection. It is recommended to do this control every morning to help detect infection.

    I copied and pasted this…. Stay Safe🙏🏾

this is false information I checked you cannot wash away the virus with water to the stomach that is not how this virus works it invades the nasal cavity and lungs and throat but you cannot wash it away dear god wouldn’t that be a wonderful scenario though

      not factual information

      • Henk Noordhuizen April 11, 2020 at 2:58 am Reply

You’re right,Don,in fact, many,in the industry and the government, earn lots of money poisoning humanity, and our planet. That’s why it’s almost unstoppable. Those greedy people are already very rich, and have lots of power, and they want MORE!

It’s sad to see that, what started as a search for the Stone of Wisdom.Later on,the search for a way to change all kinds of materials in gold (lead and mercury were the favorites, because they, too have a high weight),became the main goal, and in a way, they succeeded. The farma/chemical industry is one of rhe most succesfull (money and power) industries.

In the meantime they also succeeded to poison our planet, and all life, with their products. And in the process they left behind their conscience, ethics and respect for life itself. And even if they stop with their evil works, right now,it will take centuries for the planet to recover;some of the damage will never be undone because it is too late. Many species vanished,or will vanish in the near future, and the DNA damage, caused by their poisons, will torture humanity, and flora and fauna for a very long time;maybe this damage is (semi-)permanent.

Different story, and I really don’t know what to think of it.since about 2 month my stools are very dark, almost black, and I have a serious anemia. At the moment it started I had much troubles, swallowing food and my throat felt like being raw.Than, just when this got a bit better I had a feeling that something turned around,or so,in my upper belly, and since then I can hardly eat.Feels like my stomach doesn’t want to accept the little food I can swallow;a fwe days ago I ate a slice of bread with peanutbutter and it almost suffocated me.Only “possitive” thing;after 50 years of acid reflux, this vanished at the same moment I had that strange feeling like some organs switched places,or so.

Went to the doctor (the female one),she tested for anemia, and infections,Anemia was possitive,no infections.I told about the “belly” problems, that I could hardly eat,and that the acid reflux suddenly disappeared. Her reaction? “Great;reason to be happy!”.She didn’t think about the cause of the reflux, having stopped, one second! Eve a simple thought “nothing can get in (the stomach),and nothing can get out” was way beyond her brain power.

Because of the dark stool (which was not blood, she told me,after taking a look at the color),an the anemia she ordered a stool examination on blood, and there is a small amount there, not enough for real worries, and not enough to explain the color.I asked if there was a possibility tha my spleen was,for some reason, breaking down my red blood cells so fast that it could explain both the dark stools (bilirubine),and the anemia, she ignored (too complicated?).Ohhh, and she sent me to the hospital fo a totaly unnecessary double X-ray of my lungs because she heard a very minor “noise” there. That’s her way of acting;when there’s something wrong in the belly, focus on research of the torso.

When I friendly asked if these X-rays could wait untill I felt a bit better, she got angry and threatened to “close her door for me”. Well;knowing it’s hard to impossible to find an other doctor,in my area, this is a very serious threat, and she is well aware of it.

A few days later het male colleage phone me and I told him that I wouldn’t vistit that nasty female doc, ever again. He told me it might be important to go to an internist because he was worried about what might be wrong.I told him that I wanted to wait a little while intill the anmeia was under control, and he accepted my reluctance, telling me that a few weeks was not a problem, but don’t wait much longer. He is a reasonable man.

Well,my neighbour is at home, next week.I’ll ask him if he is willing to drive me to the hospital, once more, and make an appointment with the internist.Very nervous,by now,of what might be wrong;it looks quite serious.Feeling terrible, the anemia doesn’t get any better, has ups and downs. The pills don;t work and make me sick, the Roosvicee Ferro sirop seems to work a bit;I might try nthe max dose for a few days.Lost 5 kilos in just a few weeks because all of this misery :-((

I posted this article previously but in case you missed it I am reposting it.

But there is also some clinical trials and lab work included in the article to prove the worth of the colloidal silver sprayed on masks.

Well hi there. Thanks for thinking of me! I am actually staying at an ex’s place on the chance that this 2+ year breathing thing is related to mold. (What I suspected initially, as well as other doctors, but just recently saw the actual test results…which for a normal person might have been fine, but they contain small amounts of a type of mold I am extremely allergic to.) Anyhow, been trying to clean this place so I can live here at least through the quarantine and that has been taking most of my time. (One of the reasons we broke up!!! 🙂 )

Glad to hear no floxies have gotten the virus yet. IF YOU DO, or suspect so, I would urge one of several things, per an ND I trust and reading I have done. 1) ozone therapy 2) hyperbaric 3) high dose C IV 4) H2O2 (food grade in the proper VERY diluted strength) in a nebulizer

My integrative pulmonologist told me to stay on 5K IU of D and 3k VITAMIN C 3x day. (I do 2K three times a day.) Also some zinc helps.

I am having deja vu with this stay-at-home thing. The first entire year of my cipro poisoning I was so ill I only left the house to be driven to dr appointments. So sad to be losing yet more time, as I am sure all of you are too. On the other hand, I feel like I have trained for this!

Finally L, you’re back! I don’t want to sound like a jinx, but with this damn virus and your terrible breathing problems I was starting to worry…
Yeah, I know what you mean, the deja vu about the lock down, but yes, many of us are kinda trained to be in this situation. In the summer of 2017, I was basically in this same situation for about 2.5 months, but in so much more pain.

        • L April 19, 2020 at 6:42 pm

yeah my breathing issues are of course even more of a concern now. but I have H2O2 on hand, and a nebulizer. Since I already have trouble breathing most nights, anything more is just unimaginable

Ozone therapy, hyperbaric therapy ?? We are not even allowed to go out here in Spain unless it’s for food, bank, post office. I have to sit in the back of our car on the opposite side to my husband ?? I sleep with him for gods sake. Even then I carry a walking stick to try and prove I can’t shop on my own, I tried shopping alone and it nearly killed me. So I have an invisible partial disability, how can I explain that ?? Hence pretending that I need a walking stick.
The whole situation is crazy, and its getting very near a Police State here. I have avidly studied all about this virus. Testing is absolute crap. You get false positives and false negatives. The numbers are skewed. 95% of infections recover, 5% sadly die. Hospitals like the new Nightingale Hospital in the supposedly worst city ie London has only 19 patients and private hospitals are empty ???? Normal flu figures have disappeared. Everything is a covid death now. No matter if you died because of it or WITH it.
Economies crashing, jobs gone, kids education trashed, prisoners in your own home. Ventilators killing more than they cure. Oxygen is needed, not ventilators..
Heart attacks down ??? Specialists appointments cancelled, people at home ill and dying to frightened to go to a hospital for treatment. People in debt, fined huge fines for the slightest infringement of ‘the rules’
The aftermath of this shit will be far worse than the virus.
Spain is considering tracking you with your mobile phone. They already do this in China under the guise of the virus. You cannot leave your house in China without your phone, or buy ANYTHING without it, even a cup of coffee.
I have been in lockdown for 2 months now, plenty of time to check all this out.
It stinks and I’m sick of it.
Sorry to everyone about my rant. It just had to come out.

        • Madge Hirsch April 20, 2020 at 10:08 am

Hi Barbara- we cannot go out together to shop. Only for medical visits if one person cannot drive or needs help. My husband does all the shopping ( normally this is his job anyway) as it allows him to get out on his motorbike. Without this he would be weathering the lockdown much worse. I have not been out for nearly 6 weeks now. Luckily we have one third acre garden and spring is a busy period. I am fed up with cooking every day – no sign of restaurants reopening even after May 11th when the lockdown is supposed to ease. They are talking about oldies still being confined though I don’t think they can enforce this. The type of tracking used in China would be against Euro0ean Data Protection rules so I think these sort of apps here would have to be voluntary. I have put off getting an appointment to see the surgeon for my hip replacement op as I don’t really fancy going into hospital right now and I think they are not doing elective ops even in the private clinics. I am in a lot of pain as my x ray showed no cartilage at all in my right hip ( Cipro?). My walking stick would not be a prop! Bon courage!

        • L April 20, 2020 at 11:30 am

I share your rant. I DO believe it is a health problem, just looking at the stats in NYC. BUT I agree, the numbers are skewed. They are lumping all deaths together and exaggerating the rates, just like they do every year with the flu, so they can sell more vaccines. And I find this whole police state and tracking thing very worrisome. I do think we need to continue to social distance, wear masks, etc, BUT this whole tracking thing is very disturbing. (5G will ensure
more of that, along with all its health risks.)

The reason I listed a number of different options was I know that not all are accessible to everyone. (Hell, if I had a temperature when I went to my integrative MD they probably wouldn’t even let me in to get IVs!) But I would for sure load up on C (up to 9K a day in three or more doses) and I have a nebulizer I would use. Hopefully you can still order these things in the mail. (And yes I too read that the ventilators seem to be really harming the lungs.)

I wish I could find the link, but I saw a very frightening video of life in China. Constant facial recognition, everywhere you go, and needing to show ID in or out of a store. They tracked cars and if they were parked too long, they were there waiting for the owner. Absolutely zero anonymity.

Another guy, a friend of my father, contracted the virus in February. He died a few days ago. He was a doctor. He was more or less 70 years old. Also a couple of friends/family memebers, lost their parents (either mother or father, not both) because of the virus. They were old and already sick, and one of them was already living in a retirement home, very risky.

I think I had it although my swab came back negative. It was done early on and they are only 80% sensitive. I had all the classic symptoms and they came on right after I flew to Australia before the lockdown. I was sick for about a month with cough, muscle aches, sore throat, shortness of breath… and the shortness of breath came in to phases, one at the beginning when I first got ill and another a week or two later as I was recovering.

I did get a massive flare up of all my cipro symptoms: fatigue, neuropathy, brain fog, myalgia, arthralgia, insomnia…

However since recovering and for the last few weeks, I’ve been heaps better. I’ve finally come off my gabapantin. I no longer have any major neuropathy issues (I still get some soreness in the soles of my feet if I go for a long walk), my muscles and joints feel great etc But case in point I’ve been walking about 6 miles every day for the last couple of weeks up and down a hill…

So yeah. Feeling hopeful right now.

      Bless you all.

Michael…….. It is good to hear that someone is doing OK on their recovery from the virus.

I have a very strong feeling that the US is in for a long haul on this problem. We have people who seem to be a bit oblivious of the consequences if we try to return to the “normal” to quickly. They ignore the “social distancing” and congregate to protest.
Then we have the ones who have just plain ignored everything and are doing their thing. Granted…… If the house payment or rent is due and the groceries are running slim as well as the cash reserves it would be nice to get back to work and have the freedom to go where and when you want. But if this causes a spike in new cases……….. not good. Maybe it could be considered a bit foolish.

MIchael, so glad to hear you kicked the Gabapentin and that you are doing better. I suspect that you may have exercise induced neuropathy the rest of your life. When you stress those nerve endings they may react. I know that is the path I am on personally. I still have minor neuropathy but it is always worse after exercising or wearing tighter fitting shoes all day. Of course the silver lining of staying home for COVID is that I don’t wear shoes except to go for walks or exercise indoors.

I know that when I have the flu or a really bad after getting floxed that it seems to kick my immune response into high gear and I actually feel better for a while after the illness. It usually doesn’t last though; so don’t be too disappointed if you have a relapse. Regardless the usual trend is to the better after overcoming illness.

Hey everyone; just learned today that the brother of a co-worker died of COVID 19 here in the U.S. He was only 35 and had no underlying health issues; though he was apparently very heavy. Also heard about a co-worker of a friend who recovered but was hospitalized for over 20 days of which 14 were in a medically induced coma. He too was only in his 40s but very heavy.

Obesity is a real problem in the U.S. and I suspect many of the younger people being impacted by COVID are due to being significantly overweight. And I just had a cookie as a de-stresser. Better hide the rest!

So very scary. My husbands cousin is on life support. I believe he is late 50’s. He went to help his girlfriends father who was 89 and fell down. He had Covid. He came home and a few days later had symptoms. He televisted his doctor who said he was not really at high risk and said not to to go the hospital. His breathing worsened and his blood oxygen went to 50%. The latest update is he is still on a ventilator. I don’t know any further details.

I belong to a facebook group that is looking at natural remedies to help ease the covid symptoms and discusses ways to keep it from possibly getting worse. The main thing they discuss is pure vitamin C in the abscorbic acid form. Some buy nebulizers and discuss putting a small amount of C powder in it. Others talked about peroxide. I am not sure on that one I would be a bit nervous. Also Zinc vitamin d3 to name a few. I bet a lot of us are already on that. Anyhow they talked about mega dosing the vitamin C when your symptomatic. One woman who had it and made it through talked about how she took upwards of 15 grams of C per day. I thought I would just share some info I had. How is everyone holding up?

    • L April 20, 2020 at 4:41 pm Reply

I have nebulized H202, It needs to be food grade and properly diluted with distilled water. I was a bit nervous about that part so I bought a bag already premixed from my naturopath. But I have had dozens of H2O2 IVs post cipro. Also, again, my MD told me to take 3K vitamin C three times a day. I buy liposomal. It gets to where it needs to go without being degraded by gastric acids. And yes to zinc and D3 (with K)

      • Andrea S. April 20, 2020 at 5:21 pm Reply

L does the nebulizer help you? I know you mentioned you had breathing difficulties post cipro. Do you have asthma or is it just a complication related to cipro toxicity? I was contemplating purchasing a mini nebulizer just to have it handy in the case that we end up sick here. I hear the liposomal C is amazing. You should see my garage shelf. I went crazy stocking up on C and zinc and other immune support products. I also take a k2. I take it for bone strength but does it have immune properties as well? If so that is wonderful.

        • L April 20, 2020 at 5:38 pm

well unfortunately, the jury is still out on what is causing it. I do have asthma, but this is not asthma. (and in fact early on after the cipro poisoning, I was given a dozen bags of H2O2 IVs and not only was I able to get off my inhaled steroids…I had no asthma attacks for two years! The H2O2 is not helping with this. (MY ND where I got most of those said he even greatly helped a woman with COPD with H2O2 IVs.) I have it on hand on the off chance I get covid. It does not help with my current situation, which may or may not be related to mold and / or some kind of nerve damage.

ANd you should see what I just bagged up for medical disposal! A huge bag of capsules and pills from the five years of cipro treatments that either didn’t work or expired. And I have that much more left. Before the cipro I rarely used anything!

      • Andrea S. April 20, 2020 at 5:22 pm Reply

L I just thought of you. I purchased a finger pulse oximeter which measures your pulse and blood oxygen levels. Do you have one? It’s wonderful to see what your oxygen saturation is especially if your having lung problems. I purchased two, one for my husband and one for myself in the event we get Covid-19 we can self monitor.

        • L April 20, 2020 at 5:39 pm

Yes, I have used one for a few years now. Always normal, even when I feel like I am suffocating!

        • Andrea S. April 20, 2020 at 5:49 pm

L that’s good that your blood oxygen is normal. Thank goodness for that. So the breathing is not cutting off the oxygen supply. But I know that does not bring you much comfort as the breathing issues must be terrifying. I am so sorry your dealing with that.

      • Henk Noordhuizen April 23, 2020 at 2:46 am Reply

Thank you,Virginia.Yes,my Cipro experience makes this new experience a lot worse. At the moment, the severe carb intolerance is a real problem.Yesterday it became clear that the tube food contains more carbs than I can handle.I put the pump speed down to a level that keeps me just under 9 mmol, but, this way,I don’t get enough food in my body.I do put extra water through the tube because I’m still dehydrated.

This afternoon I’m gonna get my scans, and yesterday I realized that not the Fluorid18 is the problem but the sugar in it (it’s a sugar bound radio-active Fluorid compound.I don’t know how much sugar it contains in total, but my experience with the tube food proofs that 12-13 grams/hour is my upper limit.

This morning the doc that did this to me (the woman that prescribed the Cipro, despite the fact that she just received a warning not to do so) phoned me.Wanted to visit me next friday, for a medical talk.I told her that I prefer to have the talk after I know what the scans show, that I wast to distract my mind from what’s going on,and focus on more pleasant things in my todays life as much as possible, and prefer talking to her male colleage.Than she just said: “I’ll put in the system that my colleage will contact you, next week friday.Bye!” And she hang up on me :-))

Thanks,Don and other Floxies, for being there with me.I’ll try to update you, every once and a while, but when I was back home, yesterdaay, and saw a long row of Floxie mails in my mailbox,I didn’t have the energy to go through all of them, yet. And I realized that doing research, related to questions of other, and new Floxies is impossible for me,now.

I did speak with the doctors about FQ Toxicity Syndrom, and noticed it’s hardly known, even now.And both of the docs I had in my room were terrible people, arrogant, brutal and dominant, just like my female doc. From a good friend who works in hospitals for many years I know that there isn’t a good family doctor in our neighbourhood, besides one,but he is old and will retire soon, and he works in the same centre as my present doctors. Not allowed to switch from one doctor to another one within that centre!

Just phoned the home care service because,at last I received the last components to install my fluid food machine (with a tube,g.When I came home yesterday, and unpacked it with the home care woman, things were missing. After I lost 9 kilo’s bodyweight in a few weeks,I’d just had about 3/4 liter of this food before I went home, and it was important to start this fluid food as soon as possible. The home care woman was very clumsy,so,it took hours before it was clear that, yesterday,I wouldn’t have any food, and had to put water in my body through the food sonde with a big syringe.Well, just phoned, and the home care woman told me that she would send somebody, later on.Not at all aware of the fact that my request was so urgent!.Idiots! Makes me feel desperate to be dependent of such people.

I am so angry for you with the way you’ve been treated, after all your going through.
Here is something that was written by a well known UK Doctor. I wrote to him in the early years about fluroquinolones and he sent me a nice reply, but said it was a dilema in life or death situations. Anyway he wrote the following in an English Newspaper.
Respect is crucial and how the Doctor addresses you is telling. You want a Doctor who looks you in the eye, with kindness and respect. If he doesn’t make eye contact, he doesn’t see you as a human being and will be treating you as a blood test, condition or body part. That could be bad news for your health.
Similarly, does your Doctor really listen ? and ask questions about you and your life ?
Physicians and patients have been indoctrinated that our personal lives are relevant only to a psychologist or therapist, but nothing could be further from the truth.
Everything that happens to you effects your health. No part of you acts independently.
If the Doctor doesn’t ask personal questions, he won’t be able to provide the correct treatment you need as an individual.
You also want a Doctor who encourages you to ask questions, without making you feel stupid for doing so. There is no such thing as a stupid question.
We have been conditioned by the arrogance of the medical profession to think we are less important than the Doctor, hence our questions are stupid.
If a Doctor looks down his nose at you, ignores your questions or answers you in a condescending tone, you have to move on whether your a private patient or seeing an NHS Doctor
        Dr. MARTIN SCURR

If only all Doctors were like this one wouldn’t it be a wonderful world as far as health goes. If any of these bastards upset you again Henk, just remember they are not worth your breath. I hope this helps a little and remember we are here for you xxx

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 22, 2020 at 4:50 am

You’re right Barbara;all doctors should be like him.But most are not.Just had another problem;felt bad and just as I told the docs and the dietiste, the gastric tube food is way to high carb for me.I had 10.6 mmol (and maybe still rising?),phoned the dietiste and she told me that there is other “food”,lower in carbs, but fo now I have to get used to the one I have.

Put some extra water through the tube and my sugar level dropped to a more comfortable 9.0 mmol for now,and I set the pump to a lower level.

It is recognised that antibiotics can destroy your bloodsugar regulation (in 2004 my doc offered me psychiatric help for that problem),but untill now the medical world has not found,or even tried to find a way to handle it.This also means that I have to pay the expensive glucose metering strips myself, because I’m not official diabetic. The dietiste advised to go to my “doctor” but I told her I didn’t want any contact with her anymore. She wouldn’t help me with this problem, anyway.

Most of my present health problems are caused by those rotten “medicines”,maybe even the cancer I have now (Metronidazole,I used in 2004,is now on the WHO list of possibly causing cancer).Always (well, almost ;-)) lived the healthy way,but still their damn poisons get to you,one way or another.Their solution:more poisons, uuhhh,”medicines”.

Thanks for your support, and the support from other Floxies.

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 22, 2020 at 10:42 am

Yes,L.,and the two that were here an hour ago were alright as well. There are many different types of pumps,so,it’s not that simple. But it was the first one I saw (except from the one in the hospital),.and I had to do most of the (think-)work for her.And the fact that se didn’t notice that a full bag of connectors was missing….Well, now it works.Tomorrow the scaans, and I have to stay sober,so,after I get back home and phoned the home care there’s only a few hours of “food” left for the day.Another day of too little food.I hope there’s no more tumors;then I’ll have a reasonable chanche of recovery, and maybe even without the need of chemo, which I won’t take.

Anybody knowing about Floxies and chemo? Info very welcome! All chemo with flupride is a big NO-NO,to begin with,I guess.

        • L April 22, 2020 at 10:47 am

Good thing you’re handy with mechanical stuff. I’d be in trouble!

Yeah, I would not do chemo either. I am reading a book called Regeneration, by Sayer Ji, and just finished a chapter on the AMA alternative of cutting, burning or poisoning. He talks about how the cancers “come back” because the cells they are killing are not the cancer stem cells, but the “daughter” cells, so they never really go away

Here are some alternatives to try https://www.cheatsheet.com/health-fitness/fighting-cancer-without-chemotherapy-alternatives-to-chemo-and-radiation.html/

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 22, 2020 at 12:40 pm

Thanks,L,I intended to combine Gerson with Beck Protocol, but because I can’t swallow anything right now,the juice has to wait(using the feeding tube isn’t a good idea).

Maybe I can use the tumor/obstruction to my advaance, when I make a stron Dandelion tea,and/or CSilver, and take very tiny nips, the obstruction will keep it where I want and need it.Putting the Magnetic Pulser there, maybe at the same time, might do a good job.Next week,or so,when I’m not that dehydrated anymore,I intent to very slowly start using the Silver Pulser as well.I hope this all works well and,as soon as the obstruction is a little less,I can start using fresh bio-vegetable juice in tiny amounts.Tiny, because my whole gut flora is confused now,and neds to adapt to fresh raw vegetable juices.

That are my plans, especially when there are more tumors, because all of this works on the whole body (just like the chemo’s,but in a better and SAFE way.

        • L April 22, 2020 at 1:45 pm

Sounds like a good plan. As I read on, I will post anything that might help.

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 23, 2020 at 2:02 am

Thanks,L.,I can use some more info on alternatives.

        • L April 23, 2020 at 8:59 am

Well I though “hell, why wait to read about it? There’s an index!” The thing is the part on dealing with cancers is about 40 pages long. But it is in phases. The first phase is a mono diet of apples and clean water for 1-3 days. (I have done the mono apple diet for one day…SO much easier than water only.) Then Phase 2 which goes for two weeks is “re-establishing the ancestral diet.” Phase 3 has supplements. Phase 4 is mind/body healing. It is all way too much to put here. I would strongly suggest getting the book, because I do believe he is on to something here. He has been “working” on this for decades. His father was some kind of microbiologist, and he has a LOT of science in the book (some gets a bit complicated.) Some of the supplements he mentions (and I think the whole point of doing the other two phases first is to get your body to a place where it can actually utilize them): resveratrol, turmeric, black seed (I used for asthma, tastes awful but great stuff); flaxseed; cannabidiol; pomegranate; fermented food; ginger; chaga; chlorophyll rich foods,; magnesium; ginko; Aloe vera; fis oil; olive leaf; Cruciferous foods. He give an explanation with each as to what is does. Anyhow I think it would be worth it to get the book. (Regenerate by Sayer Ji.)

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 23, 2020 at 9:22 am

Thanks,L. Although I still have some doubt of this guy (“Paper is patient” is,what my mom used to say),most of those things (except for the apple only diet, are mentioned by Mercola and others,as well.I love the Black (Nigella) seeds;the taste isn’t so bad when you put it on a slice of bread with a layer of HQ Bio honey. This seed is even mentioned in the Quran for it’s health properties.

    Hi Madge,
Really sorry to hear your in pain with your hip. So awful your frightened to go to the hospital. You have to suffer because of this dam virus. All I feel at the moment is anger that our lives have been effected this way. I have a feeling the aftermath of all this is going to be worse than the virus. Here in Spain its like living under a fascist state. I would leave in the aftermath and go back to the UK if it got worse, but we are stuck because property prices would be zero here. They say they are going to ease up in May, but I don’t believe them. I bet they extend it again. The Country will be bankrupt. Spain has just asked the EU for a perpetual debt of 1.5 Trillion euros. Jeez what a joke. Anyway here’s something funny to end on.
I sleep with my husband, but if I go out in the car with him driving, I have to social distance on the back seat of the car on the opposite side ???? Sleeping together is okay, but not sitting together in the car. I can only go out with him if I am disabled, but they have just decided that kids up to 14 years old can go with an adult to the supermarket, but they can’t go to the park where it’s safer ???? Whoever makes up these rules in government needs a labotomy.
I’ve noticed my legs hurting more lately, must be stress.
You must have got over your ‘flu’ okay. It wasn’t covid19 was it ?.
I hope you get some relief for your hip soon Madge. I hope this madness ends soon. When I think that 95% of covid infections recover and sadly 5% die, none of it makes any sense to me.
    Take care,
    Barb xxxxxx

Hi Barbara – sounds even worse there than here! I haven’t had flu. My husband had a bad virus that started just before Christmas and if he had it now would probably be suspecting COVID . I managed to fight it off but at the cost of my first afib attack in 15 months. We both felt a bit ropy shortly after lockdown with sore throats that came and went and I had headaches as well which is unusal for me. The hip will have to wait. I ‘m not going to die of it! Our department still has less than 300 confirmed cases so I am probably being overcautious but I do fear getting this virus. I am overweight and what with the afib and mild asthma have underlying conditions.
The rules sound really stupid and illogical. How can uou social distance in the confined space of a car FFS! First thing we are doing after May 11th if things ease is going for a ride on the bike for a picnic in some remote spot even if I have to take loads of painkiller to climb on! Stay safe and try to chill -this can’t go on forever. Love Madge xxx

I am due to go in for another scope now as my acid reflux is really acting up but have to wait until all this Covid virus is over. I too went off my PPI medication when I got floxed. I have considered taking low dose Nexium since my acid reflux is acting up but probably best if I start by losing weight. I lost 50 lbs when I got floxed but gained it all back. Most annoying of all: I don’t have a too high but a too low stomach acid. This keeps the stomac from closing, because it thinks there’s still food, coming.I discoverd that I can stop mthe acid reflux with….acid.Just an orange, one or two mandarins or 2 tablespoons on appel cidar vinigar in a glass of water will do the job;the reflux is stopped in minutes.

      • L April 22, 2020 at 12:08 pm Reply

That is true of most people. It’s a shame…doctors automatically put them on proton pump inhibitors when in fact their acid is too low. I routinely take HCL Betaine with meals. Started way back when cipro first devastated my gut. Was off it for a while, but went back on a few months ago. You can also take bitters.

“We all have compassion and an understanding that no one outside this group will ever know”; this is so true L.
Many people, whenever I describe my issues to them, say stuff like “Oh , that’s terrible, I’m so sorry” but sooner or later they’ll say something or treat you in a way that let you understand they don’t really care or at least they really don’t understand the tremendous amount of pain and frustration we have to deal on a daily basis. Maybe the only people who seem to understand the situation outside the floxie community are other people dealing with chronic pain (eg people with autoimmune disease) and their relatives. For example, a young man that I know who suffer from Multiple Sclerosis and his mother are always so kind and understanding to me, and of course I try to be the same with them.

        • L April 22, 2020 at 7:11 pm

Yes I agree. Although I am not sure anyone else would understand the terrifying mental side effects ( if you have experienced any of those.) I cannot even find a way to describe how horrible they were. My breath cutting off was terrifying. That I can explain. kind of. It was like every time I went to take a breath, someone would cover my mouth and nose so I couldn’t complete it. The mental part…I just don’t even have the words.

If your friends are not already familiar with it, I hope they will look into the Wahls protocol. Dr. Terry Wahls went from a wheelchair to riding a bike to work, all with DIET. She did a TED talk on it. (actually important for everyone, because it talks about the importance of our mitochondria.) https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=terry+whals+ted+talk&docid=608049699538403928&mid=AB032953B15A57324C4CAB032953B15A57324C4C&view=detail&FORM=VIRE

        • Andrea April 22, 2020 at 5:30 pm

But one thing that separetes us from the “average” autoimmune patient it’s probably the anger and the desire for revenge, everyone of us, at least once I belive, felt since being stumbled into this madness. A person suffering from Multiple Sclerosis, type 1 diabetes or ALS, can’t really blame anyone for it. But our issue it’s different. Our issue has a culprit, and it’s that stupid doctor, who, in most cases without a valid reason, poisoned us for the rest of our lives.

        • L April 22, 2020 at 7:18 pm

Funny you should mention this just now. I am listening to a program (part one) called a “the truth about vaccines.” It is NOT anti-vaccine, and doesn’t lump them all together. But it does call out certain vaccines and the increase in several different childhood diseases. It is maddening and fascinating. (In the US vaccine manufacturers can NOT be sued.) It is interviewing doctors, scientists, parents, lawyers…a good mix. Not sure if you can still watch but here it is (and yes, I have fantasized about give cipro IVs to Bayer higher-ups.) https://www.bing.com/videos/search?q=terry+whals+ted+talk&docid=608049699538403928&mid=AB032953B15A57324C4CAB032953B15A57324C4C&view=detail&FORM=VIRE

        • Andrea April 22, 2020 at 8:54 pm

Thanks for the link L. I’m going to look watch them later, right now I’m a little tired. Now that you’ve mentioned vaccines, the scariest part about this COVID 19 thing, in my opnion has yet to come. Some politicians here in Italy are talking about making the vaccine mandatory, when they’ll finally find one. To me this is crazy, and I’m not even anti vaccines at all. But being forced to get a vaccine or otherwise you’ll be not able to take a flight or a train, or facing legal or economical repercautions, like I’ve heard it’s already happening in China, to me it’s outrageous. I think that some people are going to make a looot of money from this tragedy…Another scary thing is that they’re talking about some mandatory app with a QR code to download to track your movements and the people you’ve interacted with. George Orwell’s 1984 stuff… I think that some people are going to make a looot of money from this tragedy…

        • L April 22, 2020 at 11:51 pm

It’s terrifying. Bill Gates is going to make a lot of money. From vaccines and also from this under-the-skin ink tattoo showing you’ve been vaccinated. ($ for Microsoft.) It is all just chilling. And 5G is horrible not only for our health, but for surveillance. It is all very Orwellian. And people think he’s a philanthropist. (I mean, come on, he partners with Mosnanto/Bayer.)

        • Andrea S. April 23, 2020 at 11:32 am

Not a snowball’s chance in Hell anyone is going to mark me with ink. They can go F themselves.

          could not agree more.

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 23, 2020 at 2:00 am

Andrea, although you forbid me to react to your comments,I want to react to this one :-))

Life is not about being mad,but about forgiving.Yes,you were a ( quite) bit rude, but I had the impression you were going through a rough time, and I’m pretty shure I’m not the only one who “noticed” that.Things have changed (for me,for the bad,for you,for the good,I hope),and I can’t find a good reason for not making a new start. So,let’s forget what happened, and make that new start from here on.

The comment I made (that made you mad) was,in fact, just repeating what you, yourself just wrote, and adding some common wisdom. In fact,I was acting as a mirror to you (without the intention to hurt you in any way!).So,I guess it was the anger you had to yourself that hit me.Well, that’s the risk of being a mirror,I guess ;-))

About the docs and nurses;some of the docs are very arrogant and disrespectfull, but all of the nurses were really great! I respect them for doing their work in such a motivated way, especialy now corona makes their work more complicated and risky.

Thank you for your support, and for offering the opportunity for this new start.

        • Andrea April 23, 2020 at 12:21 pm

Thanks Henk. It means a lot. It’s funny to notice how at one moment I was still kinda mad at you, but as soon as I read you’ve found out to have cancer, every feeling inside me changed immediately. I really felt bad for you but also so stupid and even ashamed.

I’m happy to read that at least the nurses are caring and professional (as they should). I really hope you’ll get well soon. I wish I could write something more, but I really don’t know what to say, in a situation like this. Just remember to ask everything you want here, even if it’s just to have some company or sharing everything that passes throught your mind at the moment. I know it’s not much, but I’m offering you my (virtual) support. Stay strong.

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 24, 2020 at 4:29 am

It’s oké,Andrea, let’s just forget what happened.Being floxed, sometimes makes people loose grip on their temperaments.Staying angry at one another doesn’t help.

Yes,I would like to see the same empathy and care in doctors as I did in the nurses, and, now,in the people from the home care service.I think that their arogance is the main problem.

Just visited the Bob Beck website to read through some testimonials, and, the protocol will be on top of my “to do” list.I’m also gonna make some very strong Dandelion tea and try to get some of it down my throath. The blockage may be of help, here;the tea will ” hang” exactly where I want it to.Same for CS.I really hope there are no othet tumors, there, because if there are, things will be much more complicated, although what I just wrote will work through the whole body.

Keeping faith is very difficult, especially now,not knowing what the PET-CT scan will show.Luckily,I have very supporting neighbours, but that isn’t always enough.I’m not religious in the oldfashioned way (although I grew up as a Roman Catholic),in fact,I’m a Pantheïstic Gnost, with the “All and Everything” to ask for help and support.By the way: both the psychical/emotional pro helper from the hospital and the religious volunteers that were expected to pay me a visit, last sunday, never showed up.

I haven’t had time to review that yet but I saw a video a month ago from Francis Boyle, who wrote the US BioWeapons anti-terror act and he too believes this started in a bioweapons lab. The reason I think the US does not shine a light on it is because then we would have to discuss our own. http://www.informationclearinghouse.info/53001.htm

Henk, I’m just pulling out an idea, but have you considered switching to a whole food plant based diet right now. Some say I can greatly help wioth the progression of the tumor. I suggest you anyway, to completely avoid refined sugar and meat in general. Rememember cancer cells feed on sugar. And meat and dairy are very pro inflammatory. Just a thought of course.

    • Henk Noordhuizen April 24, 2020 at 12:50 pm Reply

Yes,Andrea,I did.But i can’t swallow even the tiniest bit of food, and even when I take a few nips of water, within minutes it comes out again.Even the little feeding tube was hard to get past the tumor.Might the opening get a little bigger,in the future,I’ll immediatly put my slow juicer to work.

I intent to use this blockage to my advance by nipping very tiny bits of a strong Dandelion tea ( Ireported on the ongoing researc project,a while ago),and Coll.Silver;the blockage will keep it from passing the tumor too fast,so it stays a little while exactly where I need it.Today I started Magn.pulsing the area where the tumor is.Slow start;don’t want Herxheimer as an extra on all my problems.

Home care just disconnected my feeding tube,so,I feel a bit more free till they connect it tomorrow morning, for a new day of handsfree eating and drinking ;-))

Thanks for the idea, anyway;just not possible at the moment.

Henk…… You speak of Herxheimer. It appears that I may be doing mag pulsing a bit to often because I think my more lousy feeling is Herxheimer. I found a 16 inch by 24 inch mat that has 4 mag pulsing coils in it. Appears that a little time on it goes a long way because it can cover most of one’s back. Using it and the spot mag pulser on my shoulders may be to much to soon. It is not something that the average doctor can give one any guidance on. I always hold my tongue in my cheek when I see the disclaimer of “talk to your doctor” at the end of so many articles. As if they would/could give any worthwhile information. The Beck protocol sure isn’t going to hurt anything.

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 24, 2020 at 11:00 pm

Don,you might try to limit the time you use both, and rink more water, before and after use. That should help.

That is dreadful, Henk, that you can’t swallow even the tiniest morsel of food or liquid! I can’t imagine what that feels like. Very positive attitude you have to use that to your advantage with the dandelion tea, where it can sit on the tumor. I’m also really sorry that the feeding tube nutrients are too carb-heavy. How awful not to be able to have full control over what you put in your body. Keep us updated on your treatment.

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 24, 2020 at 11:08 pm

Virginia, yesterday the dietist called me and I explained my problem to her.She found a food that is 30% lower in carbs. It’s still higher than I’d wish for (tumors live on sugars),but it’s the best she could find.I also told her what, and how much I ate before I got sich, and was doing well on,and asked het to calculate the amount of carbs, proteins and fats, andd level the amount of daily intake of the fluid food to my former diet, and she did a good job.

Still a bit more carbs than I was used to,but it enters my guts drop by drop,so,no real sugar peaks to be expected.Today it will be delivered, and I hope this will be better suited to my carb over-sensitivity.

        • Virginia April 25, 2020 at 4:34 pm

I’m very glad they found a food mixture with far less carbs, Henk,, so at least you have a bit more control over your nutrition.

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 25, 2020 at 10:29 pm

Virginia,I started on it yesterday,in the afternoon, and it seems to work better.Today is my first full day on mit and I will test my glucose seveal times, for a few days. The carbs are still high (160 grams/day);I was used to way less carbs, and, concidering cancer cells feed on glucose, only,I’d like to limit my carb intake to 30-40 grams.

Henk, I just wanted to tell you my sister and my daughter got the closed up throat after they had many rounds of antibiotics for a uti. They couldn’t even get liquids down it would just sit in the esophagus and eventually come back out. What I did for my daughter was give her liquid probiotics, and it may sound strange but both said chewing gum helped a lot and
eventually their stomachs started to open and started let small amounts of liquids down then coffee helped them.
But I would urge you to not take anything that kills your bacteria!! I know dandelion tea and colloidal silver are both powerful antibacterials and I’m afraid that might cause you to get worse. So please try the liquid probiotics in your tube feedings and chewing gum which activates enzymes and gets the stomach ready to open to receive your food.

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 25, 2020 at 8:46 am

Hi Joanne, the Dandelion tea I drink is so little that it can do no harm to my gut flora, and part of it comes out again becaause I have tho vommit slime,3-6 times a day.No problem;than the Dandelion passes the tumor for a second time.Same goes for the colloïdal silver.By the way;after weeks of not able to eat,I think my whole gut flora is dormant.

Just swallowed a tiny bit of the Dandelion tea and managed to keep it in for over an hour. Was about 1/3 of an espersso cup.I hope I can drink the rest as well.In one or two days I want to add CS,and I’m slowly starting to use the magnetic pulsed (which works best, combined with the CS).

    Hi all,

I have had a horrible mainly dry cough for over 5 weeks. I can’t seem to shake it no matter what I do. It’s affecting me psychologically. I’ve had 2 COVID19 screens. ENT did a laryngoscopy and it was normal. Allergist did a blood panel of allergens and it was ALL negative. I don’t have a runny nose, post nasal drip, reflux, fevers, chills,..only a horrible mainly dry cough when I sit reclined. No cough when I am flat or standing. Does anyone know if CIPRO toxicity can cause tracheal inflammation?

    • Don M April 26, 2020 at 6:09 pm Reply

Cipropoisined……… I can’t answer your question but I can recommend something that I have found that really helps with bronchial mucus. It is Mucus Clear by Native Remedies. They have both a day use product and one for night time use. Like all natural things it is a bit expensive but well worth it if one is plagued with the problem. https://www.nativeremedies.com/
Any time I sit leaning back or lay down problems begin. Being upright I still have it but it is something one can live with.

Ciproposoned … Being poisoned by Fruoroquinolones can produce a myriad of side/ after effect symptoms. At present there are over 50 on a list, but that list is no where near complete yet. Seems that I read somewhere about things that had a cough as a side effect. Have you recently started a new medication? Like blood pressure medication? Do some Google research in the area of “things that have a cough as a side effect”. A quick Google search netted this:

This Bee Wilder (sounds like a phony name) comes up with a self fabricated new germ theory, not funded on any science.

I read quickly through the rest of the text (I’m very exhausted, last two days),but in the end I didn’t think there was much info there to take serious.Sorry, thanks for posting it but I dont think it’s very usefull (to me,anyway).

Today I had the lausiest birthday in my life! My neighbours were nice, and their children, and the home care as well, but that totaly exhausted feeling is terrible.I hate,sitting/hamging in the couch, and my whole body hurts because of it.This was the first nice weather birthday in years, and I hardly got outside in my garden.Just to water my strawberry plants.

Today I ordered over a kilo of fresh Dandelion roots; Those will be more active than the old stash I use now.And I mag.pulsed the tumor, and some of the painfill muscles. Now,at the end of the day,I feel just a little bit better.I hope that the outcome of the scans will be positive.and the problem is limited to that one tumor.Have to make new, fresh CS,and start to use that as well, and in a week,or so,start blood-pulsing.I hope it works!

Hi Sheila, and the other Floxies. The carb is alright, now;between 7-7,5 mm during the day.But that food is really bad stuff, loaded with soja, and rapeseed oil (both soja- and rapeseed oil, accoring to recent research are strong Amzheimer promotors),the magnesium/calcium rate is wrong (3:1 instead of 2:1).Both the minerals and the vitamines are probably of bad quality, synthetic and of the not so very absorbable kind.I’m waiting for the day that I can swallow vegetable juices, and start putting those healthy juices into my body, instead of this pork food.

I’m now convinced that it’s this food that makes me vommit,at least 4-5 times a day, because, when off the food I stop vommiting. Is this food ment for really sick people,or is it ment to make people really sick?

Thanks again, everybody, for your kind support messages, and the birthday wishes,I hope to be here, next year,in good health, having a way nicer birthday than the one, this year. Thanks for being here with me.

    • Henk Noordhuizen April 29, 2020 at 10:30 am Reply

Yes,I did.Worst possible outcome.Several other tumors, and the only thing she offered me was ….Chemo,to stretch the time I’ve left a bit.I refused and told her that, based on the newest research, the possibility that chemicals and pharmaceutics are the main cause of the tremenous growth in cancer victims has to be seriously concidered, and that it is so wrong to tell somebody in my position that the only thing she can do is…more chemicals.Se understood my p.o.v,and respected it.

Then she proposed to “burn” the tumor that keeps me from swallowing anything,to make it smaller and create a passage, and I thought: Hooray;then I can start helping myself with Dandelion root tea, and, starting with teaspoons, freshly made bio vegetable juices.I managed to take bits of coll.silver, already and am using my MP.

Tomorro I’ll receive the full list of tomors,I asked for,and my doctor (te male one!) comes on a visit and has promissed me to,by that list.point me were every tumor is.This way I can focus on those spots, while magn.pulsing.Somewhere next week I’ll start the el.blood pulsing as well;have to build that up,very slowly, starting with max. 5 minutes.

Sorry;that’s all for today.I’m physically and emotionally exhausted.

Henk, I hope this is helpful – we adopt rottweilers, mostly senior special needs, but most rottweilers get all sorts of various cancers and rottweilers weigh about what a human does, we wanted to do holistic treatments for one of our rotties who had not only cancer but an auto immune disorder and in our town there was a new vet in town who used holistic treatments especially essential oils and herbs. He told us about this amazing green algae product that was showing terrific responses in boosting the immune system to help fight tumors and other issues. He himself was taking it, and suggested it for our Rottweiler. There were two types and two versions of the product the first one was to take if you were already healthy and wanted to maintain that health called F2, the second one was the one to take if you needed to target issues that required the immune system be top notch and fast was F3. I read up on it and it sounded like something we wanted to try – so I took our Rottweiler OFF ALL his cancer meds and just used this green algae – our rottie was given 3 months at the most to live so we thought what’s there to lose to try this – he loved it – he lived another 9 1/2 months without cancer drugs at all, his quality of life was excellent even up to the night we had to say goodbye. Every time I hear about someone with cancer who wants to try holistic things I always offer the products name cause I know what it did for our boy and I also know that after recommending it to a friend with 4 rottweilers 2 of which had cancer they too out lived their prognosis. There are two types of this a human version and an animal version and each has and F2 & F3 version our Rottweiler and our friend’s rotties were taking the human version due to their weight all our dogs weighed in between 125-140 pounds. So I am speaking from the human version F3 of the algae.

The product is called – BioSuperFood F3 Green Algae – I will try to post a couple of links to it. It is a bit pricey but well worth it. If you can’t swallow a capsule it is perfectly safe to open the capsule and sprinkle it on a salad, in soup, in a smoothie, whatever you can sprinkle it on or in it in order to get it in the body.

I hope some of this info helps. I would feel awful if I didn’t at least mention it right now.
        ❤ Sheila

Oh Henk, I am so sorry to hear about this. I had watched The Truth About Cancer series a couple years ago, and can’t find any of my notes, but you might want to check this link out. Also, when I was doing my many IVs, all the cancer patients were getting ozone IVs. Since I can’t post more than one link also check out Dr Axe’s 10 natural cancer treatments. https://thetruthaboutcancer.com/

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 29, 2020 at 1:10 pm

Thanks,L.,but I don’t have money for those IV’s.I posted the links about the Dandelion to hear your (floxies) opinion on the research. And maybe you can find aditional info on that subject.Have to go asleep, now;tomorrow I get another 2 x 500ml of blood.

        • L April 29, 2020 at 2:55 pm

Sounds good. My apologies if someone else already posted this. Still dealing with my own health issues, so not really reading much on here. Anyhow… https://www.curejoy.com/content/can-dandelion-root-cure-cancer/

Thanks,L;this is more or less a compilation of all the info I already found.

I really don’t know how to express the feeling I have while reading your post time after time , expecially through a keyboard, in a language that it’s not mine…I guess the best way to describe it, is that it’s like getting punched in the stomach, with a sense of emptiness afterwords. I’m so sorry for you, belive me. Even if we never met and I don’t even know what your face looks like, it’s almost as if someone that I’ve known for ages would have told me that. I know it could sound stupid, but that’s what I’m feeling right now. We’ve been chatting on this website, on and off for a few years now, not only me and you, all of us, but you and L in particular, are the ones that were/are most active, so we’ve had the opportunity to share many things. I’m not just talking about useful infos for helping each other in this great mess we all share, but also personal informations, anectodes of our lives, feelings…
You in particular have always been so open about it. I really feel embaressed for what I’ve wrote to you a few times in the past, and this shows how stupid it is to let the emotions get the best of you, You are so right about it. And I was wrong. And I’m sorry. I’m sorry for what I wrote, but I’m way more sorry that you’ve had to deal with all this pain and misery for so many years, just to find out something so atrocious. I’m now realizing that I really feel a connection with some of you. And you in particular are one of them. I don’t know, maybe it’s stupid, maybe it’s something I shouldn’t allow myself in, but that’s what I’m feeling now.
Just yesterday, after watching a video on YouTube, I thought about you, since it was something related to the Netherlands, and I wanted to talk about that with you, but remembering your current situation and the fact that we’re on a website intended to share a completely different topic, I changed my mind.
Anyway, I wish you the best and I hope you’ll find something that helps you. Burning part of the tumor so that you can try to swallow something should be a good start. Of course I would never judge your decision about the chemo or your doctor’s approach. You’re the one who knows what’s best for you, and I know that you have strenght and determination inside you. This is already something helpful while trying to fight this battle.
Please, and this is something I’m really asking you, let me/us updated, if you want/can, of course. But I’d really appreciate it. Even just to chat about trivial stuff, if it makes you feel better. Stay strong Henk.

        • L April 29, 2020 at 2:58 pm

You got me all choked up with that. We certainly do share a world of our own, don’t we. One thing that is certainly not lacking on this site is empathy. Thanks for the post.

        • Andrea April 29, 2020 at 3:56 pm

          Thanks L

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 29, 2020 at 11:54 pm

Thanks,Andrea;that’s one, directly from the heart, and I really appreciate it! I am familiar with the way Italians express their emotions ;-)) Have to rest now;maybe I come back to it,later.

        • Barbara Arnold April 30, 2020 at 12:59 am

Just to let you know, if I had a pound for every time I did something stupid I’d be a millionaire now. We are all human and all of us are flawed, but the important thing is to learn from our mistakes. I admire your humility and respect your intelligence in realising this. Forgive yourself Henk does.

        • Andrea April 30, 2020 at 1:40 pm

          Thanks Henk, I really appreciate

“I am familiar with the way Italians express their emotions ;-)) ”
Yep, Italians…sometimes we’re a little too exuberant, to say the least…😅

Oh, thanks Barbara, it’s nice of you

Henk, I’m so very sorry to hear of your worst-case diagnosis of metastasis! That is crushing news. I’m glad at least that your doctor accepts your decision and can burn some of the tumor away so you can eat again. If I heard that chemo would only give me a little bit of extra time and not cure me, I likely wouldn’t do it either, due to the side effects. My mainstream doctor also thinks that the slew of chemicals we’re exposed to is one big reason for the growth of cancer, and of course the constant acid reflux damages the esophagus so badly. My aunt has a pre-cancerous esophagus due to that. The books are a few decades old, but surgeon Bernie Siegel’s books are a very inspiring look at how a positive attitude towards cancer can really help. I read them last year when I first got a diagnosis of lung cancer (later doctors dismissed this diagnosis). I think you already have a great attitude with your plans to self-treat. I’m praying for you in this really hard time.

Dear Henk- I’m so sorry to hear your bad news. Hopefully reducing the tumour will let you swallow proper nourishment. I think you were right to refuse the palliative chemo. We are all rooting for you here. Keep us posted when you feel up to it as we are like a virtual family. Your plans for self treatment sound sensible .

        • Henk Noordhuizen April 30, 2020 at 6:46 am

Thanks,Madge.Just back from the hospital;got 2 bags of blood, again. This morning I felt so bad and exhausted I just wanted to fall asleep to never wake up again. The tumor is loosing so much blood that I need those regular tranfusions, but the hope is,that the reducing of the tumor will also stop it from bleeding;that would be of great help. Now,after a few days,my energy level is dropping because of the bleeding, while I need that bit of energy to help myself,or,just for emotionally feeling strong enough to cope with the misery.

      • Andrea S. April 30, 2020 at 11:37 am Reply

Henk I am so very sorry and don’t quite have the words to express my emotions of what you are going through. If I were in your shoes I would be doing the same thing that you are. I think these Chemo drugs are so very brutal. I don’t think I would want to take them either. I hope that they can manage the tumors so that you are able to be comfortable and eat somewhat normally. I also hope they can shrink them and stop the bleeding so you can have some energy and feel better Looking back months ago when you were telling us about feeling weak and anemic it all makes sense. How did your doctor miss this. Shame on her. 😦

When I came here in a sheer panic over the Cipro I took, you were the first to calm me and put me out of my panic state. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. I needed that and you really helped me. Thank you!

I can only echo what others have said here. We are all here for you and wish you nothing but the very best.

        Dear Henk,
It’s hard to know what to say after your devastating news. But I would like to express to you how much I admire your tenacity and courage. This is another challenge to overcome, and I wish you strength and endeavour on your journey.
You know that everyone here is with you and sending you love. No matter how big or small, come back here anytime you need to, no matter what it’s for. We as a group will always be here to help in any way we can. Just rest easy in knowing that you are not alone. You’ve given me knowledge and at times entertained me, so thankyou for that. I hope in the future you will continue to do the same when you come through this.
        Hugs and love,

        I am very sorry Henk!
Indeed as you know already, cancer is fed by carbs, as it’s programmed for growth and cell growth needs lot’s of easy energy, namely glucose. You may find the following interesting.
There are already some studies which indicate that fasting and ketosis have a positive effect on cancers:

” Ketogenic diet in cancer therapy”

        • Henk Noordhuizen May 1, 2020 at 1:22 am

Thanks for all the info,Krabiwi.I was already ketogenic because for weeks I couldn’t eat,nor drink.Main thing;it caused me to weaken a lot and loose 9 kilos bodyweight.I got extremely carb sensitive by the first, and later the cipro AB,and the fluid food I got since 1 1/2 week droe my sugar level way to high.Luckily, the dietist found one, lower in carbs, and because I gave her a list of my daily food before I got ill,she calculated the perfect amount/hour for my bs-level.

But this food is sooooo bad, even the few drops that make it out of my guts into my stomach make me vomit several times a day; This takes lots of energy, and hurts every musche and even my skin (nerve damage and callogen damage?),to a level that I can’t sit,or lay down without getting tremendous pains on every place of contact. This ruins my sleep, and even during sitting my back and other contact places starting to hurt in minutes. All,thanks to an evil doctor who was not allowed to prescribe me cipro, but did it anyway.

Tha “food” I use now is Glucerna, made by Abbott, and it stinks and tastes like he(when you vomit). It’s made withthe cheapest and unhealthy ingredients (soja, rapeseed oil and probably only synthetic vitamines).Wouldn’t want to give this to my dog,and he wouldn’t eat it anyway (btw:I don’t have a dog). This is the worst possible food for sick people.

Just had a phone call;on 4 may I have an appointment with the radiologist (intake),than, within days they want to start the process of radiaton of my main tumor,to create a passage,so that I hopefully can swallow food and drinks in the near future (and slowjuices fro bio vegetables, and the Dandelion tea,and Coll.Silver in bigger quantities.Hope, that will work,Started magn.pulsing the oesophagus tumor ,and want to (slowly) start the elect.blood pulsing next week (Beck protocol).

        • L May 1, 2020 at 9:01 am

Yes, I was reading the same thing about ketosis in treating cancer on another site just a few days ago! I had forgotten about that. Glad you posted.

      • Krabiwi May 1, 2020 at 12:02 am Reply

It seems deep ketosis reactivates enzyme p53 (apoptosis enzyme) which is epigenetically silenced or mutated in tumor cells:

“Dietary downregulation of mutant p53 levels via glucose restriction”

      • Krabiwi May 1, 2020 at 12:02 am Reply

It even helps upfront of a chemotherapy, which is already proven:

” Fasting Cycles Retard Growth of Tumors and Sensitize a Range of Cancer Cell Types to Chemotherapy”

      • Krabiwi May 1, 2020 at 12:17 am Reply

A good overview about natural substances, among others resveratrol which is know as autophagy and epigenetic as well as DNA repair inducer. I suppose Dandelion Root also falls in that category, but havent further studied this yet:

” Advances in the Research and Development of Natural Health Products as Main Stream Cancer Therapeutics”

      • Krabiwi May 1, 2020 at 12:19 am Reply

Sadly there are no big clinical studies as there is no interest in funding smth where big pharma can’t earn anything, business as usual as we know.

This is a story of somebody who healed himself (kidney and lung cancer) with fasting and ketogenic diet as chemotherapy failed and cancer spread via metastases.

Just a story but matches perfectly with scientific papers mentioned above.

When I would be diagnosed cancer tomorrow, I would start with a 1-2 weeks water fast. After that eating ketogenetic with a maximum of 20g carbs and 20/4 intermitting fasting for at least 6 months. Moreover I would take resveratrol daily to support epigenetic and DNA repair.

I am aware that being floxed makes this situation even more complicated. Wish you all the best.
