Another interesting article by Dr.Mercola, explaining the possible role of Melatonin in treating a COVID-19 infection, explaining why the death toll in elder people is so much higher, and why high vit.C intake works:
Yea I’ve been sleeping in a seperate room since getting sick, and my husband’s last day at work is today, he got played off. We only go out for groceries with a mask. So doing all we can, and his layoff came at a perfect time. I’ve been taking about 3-4k mgs of vitamin c throughout the day and olive leaf 3x’s a day, and so far no stomach upset.
Anyhow thanks for all the advice and stay safe cuz it’s so stressful even if it’s a regular flu you can’t help wondering if it’s covid 19 and on top of that after being floxed you feel so much more vulnerable.

And what about this (article by Open Markets Institute):
The New York Times reported last week that a 2012 acquisition by multinational medical device manufacturer Covidien stopped the planned production of highly affordable ventilators that the government had sought to produce in case of a national emergency. The lack of ventilators might well cost the lives of Americans suffering from COVID-19. As the Times report made clear, this shortage appears to be the result of an anti-competitive acquisition.
In 2008, Newport Medical Instruments, a small medical device company in California, was awarded a government contract to produce 40,000 ventilators. These ventilators were meant to provide a buffer to meet the demand from hospitals during a national emergency, such as a pandemic, when lifesaving ventilators are needed. By 2010, Newport had developed a highly capable ventilator and had managed to lower the per-unit price to $3,000. However, after Newport was acquired by Covidien for $100 million, Covidien canceled the government contract, and no ventilators were ever produced for the original government project.
As the total number of confirmed U.S. cases from COVID-19 surpassed 200,000 this week, hospitals are increasingly in dire need of ventilators for infected patients. New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo said his state, the hardest hit by the outbreak, will need 30,000 ventilators. The United States, however, only has 12,700 ventilators in the Strategic National Stockpile. The government has even asked Ford and General Motors to produce ventilators to increase our national supply. The ventilator shortage means that medical professionals will have to make difficult decisions, rationing ventilators to infected patients. Many of those hospitalized might die – unnecessarily – as a consequence of these decisions.
Public officials and rivals say that Covidien bought Newport to eliminate Newport as a competitor in the ventilator business. Covidien pulled out of the government contract in 2014, possibly because the deal was not profitable enough for the company and would reduce its profits for its existing ventilator products.
Covidien’s purchase of Newport is an example of a literal “killer acquisition” – one that has life or death consequences for individual Americans and families. This acquisition should have been illegal under antitrust law, as the merger substantially lessened competition in the already highly concentrated ventilator industry.
In recent years, many reformers have adopted a framework of analysis based on the idea that the political economy has been “financialized” by Wall Street, and that this process has shifted economic activity away from making things to making money. But as the Times article on ventilator production makes clear, there is a much more simple explanation. This is that the radical overthrow of anti-monopoly law a generation ago freed monopolists and mercantilists to consolidate power over entire realms of the political economy, and to use their power in ways that degrade and destroy entire systems of production on which we rely for many of our most vital goods and services.

Doctors are reporting they now understand the behavior of the COVID 19 virus due to autopsies that they have carried out. This virus is characterized by obstructing respiratory pathways with thick mucus that solidifies and blocks the airways and lungs. So they have discovered that in order to apply a medicine you have to open and unblock these airways so that the treatment can be used to take effect however all of this takes a number of days. Their recommendations for what you can do to safeguard yourself are …
1) Drink lots of hot liquids – coffees, soups, teas, warm water. In addition take a sip of warm water every 20 minutes bc this keeps your mouth moist and washes any of the virus that’s entered your mouth into your stomach where your gastric juices will neutralize it before it can get to the lungs.
2) Gargle with an antiseptic and warm water like vinegar or salt or lemon every day if possible
3) The virus attaches itself to hair and clothes. And detergent or soap kills it but you must take bath or shower when you get in from the street. Avoid sitting down in your home and go straight to the shower. If you cannot wash your clothes daily, hang them in sunlight which also helps to neutralize the virus
4) Wash metallic surfaces very carefully bc the virus can stay viable on these for up to 9 days. Take note and be vigilant about touching hand rails, door knobs, etc. and keep these clean in home home
5) Don’t smoke
6) Wash your hands every 20 minutes with any soap that foams and do this for 20 seconds
7) Eat fruits and vegetables. Try to elevate your zinc levelS
8)Animals do not spread the virus to people. Its a person to person transmission.
9)Try to avoid getting the common flu as this already weakens your system and try to avoid eating and drinking any cold things.
10) If you feel any discomfort in your throat or a sore throat coming on, attack it immediately using the above methods. The virus enters the system through the throat but will sit in the throat for 3-4 days before it passes into your lungs.
In addition …
Experts suggest doing this simple verification every morning: Breathe in deeply and hold your breath for 10 seconds. If this can be done without coughing, without difficulty, this shows that there is no fibrosis in the lungs, indicating the absence of infection. It is recommended to do this control every morning to help detect infection.

In NL,the first patients with corona just received blood plasma with antibodies fron cured corona patients,to see if this offers any benefits in the curing proces. They really try everything, except natural, not patentable antivirals.

Here is an article about Colloidal Silver impregnated face masks. https://thesilveredge.com/sitearticles/silver-coated-doctors-face-masks-kill-germs.shtml
Pay particular attention to this: An excerpt from the article.
The Good News:
You Can Make Your Own
But here’s the truly good news:
If you can’t find silver-impregnated antimicrobial face masks at a price you can afford, you can always make your own for just pennies simply by buying some inexpensive disposable face masks and spraying them lightly with colloidal silver just before you need to wear them. Allow them to air dry after spraying — and voila! – you’ll be able to enjoy the infection-fighting protection of silver in your face mask without the exorbitant cost. Most experts recommend face masks that meet the NIOSH N95 filtration standard, which basically means that mask filters out at least 95% or more of particulates down to 0.3 microns in diameter. If NIOSH certified N95 masks can’t be found, make sure the mask is “medical grade” and has a BFE (bacterial filtration efficiency rating) of at least 95% or more and a PFE (particulate efficiency rating) of at least 95% or more.
Such face masks can generally be found on Amazon, or through other online sources.
The bottom line is that you can easily and inexpensively add antimicrobial silver to your face mask simply by using a pump spray bottle to spray it lightly with some colloidal silver, and allow it to air dry before use.
This is just another of the myriad of health-enhancing (and potentially life-saving) “underground” uses for colloidal silver that most people simply don’t know about.
But now, you do!
Yes……. At the end is a solicitation to buy his colloidal silver generator because the article is from “The Silver Edge” web site.
But there is also some clinical trials and lab work included in the article to prove the worth of the colloidal silver sprayed on masks.
