Magnesium taurate offers us all the positives of other forms of magnesium, but it doesn’t affect the stomach in the way those other forms can. In addition to that, magnesium taurate contains an amino acid called taurine. Among the many benefits of taurine are the heightened control of neurotransmitters in the brain – which can prevent the death of brain cells (and consequently the onset of brain dysfunction and even brain damage). On top of that it provides relief for hyperactivity, depression and anxiety.-quote.
I used to take taurine for sleep, i found i slept better and my brain also noted an improvement.

So, out of all that which is the recommended Magnesium? I had asked the rheumatologist about magnesium supplements and basically said of it makes me feel good. He did think I had a cipro related problem. But, he didn’t think that all of the side issues were related. I know me so in my mind they are.

So, this late afternoon I had a procedure at the Urology Center. Basically, my prostatitis started all this with the Cipro. The procedure is snaking a camera up your penis ( can I say that here?) through the prostate and into the bladder. Right away I asked if antibiotics are administered. Sure enough a 500 mg solution of cipro is added to the IV saline bag. I made sure more than once that I could not have that. I was given something else. The center is an assembly line ( in a good way) of all sorts of urology procedures and most are given a bag of cipro. As far as me, I survived, the snack. But, the first couple #1’s were sharp!

Doctors are not trained to question synthetic drug side effects, they are trained to prescribe drugs exclusively. Most doctors are totally in the dark about quinolones.
Terry for me magnesium taurate looks like the best option ( i have trouble sleeping well), magnesium has the capacity to loosen stools and magnesium taurate is not as strong as the others in that area. I always buy capsules and open the capsules to take the magnesium. Pills and tablets have toxic coatings. That is why i always buy capsules.
I have used magnesium citrate for many years and it has been very effective, but like i said at the beginning i could not take powders or capsules so i opted for magnesium chloride which i made into a liquid.
The important thing is to start low dose on magnesium and work your way up, to a comfortable level. Magnesium is part of a recovery program that combines healthy food choices as well.

Zinc is very important for prostate health, along with magnesium.
The other cannabinoid we know is effective in killing cancer cells is cannabidiol (CBD). The primary job of CBD in the cancer cell is to disrupt the endoplasmic reticulum through wrecking of the calcium metabolism, pushing calcium into the cytosol. This always results in cell death. Another pathway for CBD to effect cancer cell death is the Caspase Cascade, which breaks down proteins and peptides in the cell. When this happens the cell cannot survive. Again, these processes are specific to cancer cells, no normal cells are affected.-quote.
If you have any additional questions please reach out to Nicole I told her about you and she is more than happy to answer any of your questions. She is super amazing!!!

Hi Mark S.
I am a 5 year recovery lady from 3 tablets of Cipro. I am much much better now, and I was severely injured, disabled, and needed crutches and wheel chair. I would like to mention that my gut was also greatly effected. The weight loss was very visible as I am petite, slender. I regained my body mass late in my 2nd year. There are 2 types of pro-biotics that helped my gut.
#1 MERCOLA’s: Complete Probiotic
#2 Jarrow”s : Saccharomyces Boulardii
Used together made a noticeable difference within the first 2 days.
Both do NOT need to be refrigerated which is a great convenience to take a t bed time.
I am not able to eat any grains…..and must avoid gluten very strictly. Besides the gut issues that can ensue, there is also much pain that is exacerbated in my the areas that were effected by Cipro. That means for me: Shoulders, arms, hips, legs, feet, hands, wrists.
Mostly I am NOT in pain any more. Gluten and other inflammatory chemicals such as food additives, MSG, Hydrolysed yeast or protein, Autolysed yeast or protein……anything made by man. If God made, then the truth of it is a happy fit for my health. The bodies intelligence cannot be fooled, and knows a liar immediately. So skip the crap, and you will never go back.
God Bless,
Stay faithful and keep looking up!

You are very welcome,
Yes your age does help but how you care for yourself is the most significant factor.
Also, I wanted you to know that I can walk, and be on my feet for long periods of time. I can exercise too. No Jumping, running or impactful exercises…but free weights, and squats are OK.
Because you are going tobe in a Chlorinated pool….rinse off well and please use the following
ASAP:
WE are all ages, sizes, and weights here. Most everybody around the Globe who has been harmed by these drugs has benefited and NEEDS to get Magnesium “into the Cells”. That means you. Do not underestimate the recommendations here or what others and I suggest.
This drug Chelates/ depletes magnesium out of the cells…. MAGNESIUM is needed for 700 different processes in the body. The entire muscle skeletal system. That means, Muscles, Tendons, Ligaments, All soft tissue…also needed for the Heart, which is a MUSCLE!
The NERVOUS SYSTEM, Blood Sugar Balance, BRAIN – Serotonin…. The list is very very long. You cannot get MAGNESIUM “INTO” the Cells unless you get “MAGNESIUM OIL SPRAY” and apply it to your body. This form of Magnesium is: Magnesium Chloride, which is a very effective way to get magnesium “inside” the cells and rapidly.
You can buy it online From Ancient Minerals. 1lb bag of the bath flakes will last for several months for little money at all.
Making your own spray is super easy and economical!
To Make your OWN:
Ration: One Part Magnesium Chloride Bath Flakes: to one part Filtered water.
I only make ¼ cup Flakes to ¼ Water because it lasts me a month and easy to make fresh sample. Put this in small pan to melt the flakes over low heat. You are Not cooking, just dissolving flakes. About 60 seconds. Voila, you have your own Magnesium Oil. Put in blue glass bottle with spritzer. Blue glass spray/spritzer bottle can easily be purchased at Whole foods or health food stores.
It may tingle, or sting when first applied after 5 minutes or so…. that is normal. Just skin sensitivity. This will likely diminish after the first week or so of daily application. Apply anywhere from 8- to 20 sprays to your LIMBS ie. (The length of the limb including wrists and ankles & Hips, lower back sacral area)…these large surface areas are best.
FYI: The delicate skin of the sides of neck may be sensitive…that is normal. If it burns to the point that you are in pain then of course by all means rinse off in the shower or just get a warm wash cloth and wipe of the residue. This is easily done.
It is NOT an oil…. though the name suggests that it is. It is water, w/ Magnesium Chloride. Wash you hands after so your palms wont get dry. You may wish to wipe off the excess salty residue with a warm washcloth too. Wait 30 minutes or longer for complete absorption before wiping or rinsing off. You do not have to rinse off or wipe it off, but the first couple weeks can be helpful, while the skin is acclimating to absorbing. The residue can be drying at first.
This is the # One thing you should start doing for yourself.
AVOID all over the counter meds, and prescribed meds. ADVIL, IBUPROFEN, STERIODS, ARE A BIG NO NO!

I looked up l-glutathione and you are probably right. I already opened it up. I will have to finish taking them anyway. Alpha lipoic acid looks like it could work for nerve repair. There was no mention of it having to be used with something else. O haven’t opened that one up yet.

Natural therapies are already showing great promise against Alzheimer’s. Dale Bredesen, MD, who works at the Center for Alzheimer’s Disease Research at UCLA, has published a paper reporting success with natural therapies in treating nine out of ten patients. The thrust of Bredesen’s thesis is that as powerful as natural therapies are, they are even more powerful when individualized to the patient, an idea which is complete anathema to the drug companies and their allies at the FDA. More importantly, use of natural therapies could undercut potential drug profits
All of this as important background for understanding two recent attacks on brain supplements. Ellen Rosenblum, the Oregon attorney general, and Sen. Claire McCaskill (D-MO) are at the moment leading the charge, but as you will see there is clear evidence the FDA is behind what the AG is doing. It is unlikely the senator would be moving without at least FDA approval.
Hi everyone
I am going to be taking a hiatus from Floxie Hope. I am afraid it has gotten too religious for me. I am a spiritual person, but I have always found religion to be divisive and it makes me uncomfortable. I know you all fervently believe what you do, but please understand that not everyone believes the same as you. I am concerned that others who may be seeking help will come to this site now and think “oh, this is a Christian site,” or “This is a religious faith-healing site,” and if they are not so inclined, will either feel unwelcome, or that they have landed in the wrong place.
I wish nothing but the best for all of you, and I will hold good thoughts. And maybe I will come back at some point.

I have been researching ozone therapy because of my bad back, and there is a lot of promise in ozone for many different types of ailments. The good thing about ozone is that you can have it in many different forms and applications all of them good.
i was in chronic fatigue syndrome forum and one guy said he went to Italy (ozone is very big in Italy) and had gotten excellent results.
i´m posting the following link so you can get an idea of how it works and all of the different problems it can help and possibly cure.

It´s a very good read.
I have an ozone machine and do my own applications, doctor visits can range between 150 to 400 dollars.
In germany they cost 25 dollars per application, germany uses ozone on a regular basis for many ailments. In Italy they are almost free.
