Terry there are many factors involved, a good place to start is by making a list of all your symptoms and rating them on a scale of 1 to 5, with 1 being acute and 5 being lite.
Once you do that you can get a better picture, since no one knows and feels the symptoms better than yourself, you would be the only person that can make that judgement.
Generally it is always better to scale yourself on the conservative side, because it generally may take about a year to know more accurately where you are.
There are many variables and outcomes can vary, this is due to the way people program their recovery program, therapies, supplements and psychological factors involved.
Looking back at my own recovery, i believe what i did was just as good as what anyone could have done even if i had a million dollars. My approach was extremely conservative, i took no supplements, just magnesium chloride and had no therapies, my diet was really simple. I just let time run its course.
The only thing that i still have is energy issues ( i don´t have the energy that i sued to have), but i´m doing ozone therapy now to improve that and it´s working, but it´s a slow process.
I believe that what helped me overall was that i didn´t take any drugs after i got floxed, the doctor wanted to put me on sleep medicine but i declined, i lost all my trust in doctors.
I did a million things to try and get sleep, i remember i sued to make tea with lettuce, it worked a couple of times. The good thing is that now that i have recovered i´m just working on staying as healthy as possible.
I have low back problems, and they are a completely different battle. I have to watch every move i make. I am learning and doing exercises to strengthen my back muscles so my spin won´t slip away, but my sine issues were there before i got floxed.
For example i have to stay very slim so as to not put excess weight on my spine, i rarely eat dinner, for dinner i may have just an apple and that is it. But during the day i eat most foods, for breakfast i eat oats with milk, i used to do this when i got floxed but i would use organic milk.
I use normal milk now and it does not bother me. You know you will be recovering when you begin to eat foods that you could not tolerate before.

Tricia the hemp oil i take is sold here in Mexico as a nutritional supplement, I take a spoonful before going to bed. It does not contain enough CBD for medicinal purposes. CBD oil is illegal in Mexico but not in the u.s.a.
Even though it does not contain a lot of cbd, it did take off the edge in my nerve pain and helps me sleep, the positive side is that it is an excellent source of omega oils which are important for healing.
There are many forms of using medicinal hemp oil, there are tinctures, drops and vapes.
There are many brands. The idea is to read as much as you can on the different brands and look for reviews from customers, and maybe start with a small bottle that does not cost too much and has had good reviews.
Look for cbd drops (hemp) they come in a small bottle, it should not cost more than 30 dollars, i have seen the same brand from different sellers going from 30 to 60 dollars for the same bottle, so look around and find a good price that has good reviews.
There are also websites that rate the products and help you find what you need, especially if you are a beginner.
This link is very informative and gives a good overview of the whole show. If i lived in the u.s. i would be taking cbd drops right now, the reviews for them are incredible. everyone is finding relief for all types of symptoms and illnesses.
I found out they are good for chemotherapy side effects and since quins are a chemotherapy drug they would be the first choice for me. I still have issues with sleep. Good sound sleep is the most important thing for healing, it´s right up there with oxygen.
there is controversy right now in the cancer dept. between cbd and thc, some folks say it´s the thc that helps kill cancer, but thc is the stuff that gets people high, and for me personally i don´t want to get high, that is why i go for the cbd without the thc.
In the u.s. cbd hemp strains are imported from europe and that is how they make the cbd drops, because hemp oils with thc are illegal online, you can get them but only in states where they have medical hemp laws and you have a medical card to by it.
The hemp oil i have is imported from canada as a nutritional supplement it has no thc, and maybe a little bit of cbd, but not enough to be an excellent therapeutic oil like the stuff they sell in the u.s. online.
As you can see i am not very pleased about this, but what can i do?
I´ll just have to wait until the laws are changed.

A few studies have found that inhaled (vaporized) marijuana can be helpful treatment of neuropathic pain (pain caused by damaged nerves).-quote.
Neuroprotective: protects against neurological problems and brain degeneration linked to aging (Alzheimer …). THC also THC and cannabinoid receptors
THC and cannabinoid receptors
stimulates neurogenesis, ie the creation of new neurons.
Anxiolytic and anti-depressant: reduces anxiety symptoms, with a euphoric effect and relaxing.
Analgesic: reduces pain
Anti-inflammatory: 20 times more than aspirin and twice that of hydrocortisone
THC has antitumor properties and antimetastatic on some cancers (leukemia, glioblastoma, hepatocellular carcinoma, cholangiocarcinoma, breast cancer HER2-positive …)
Antispasmodic: reduces spasms and convulsions
Antiemetic: Reduces nausea and vomiting, such as those resulting from cancer treatment or AIDS
Treatment of multiple sclerosis (SEP)
Treatment of epilepsy: reducing seizure frequency
Treatment of glaucoma: reduces intraocular pressure
Combat Crohn’s disease
Bronchodilator: help asthmatics breathe
Anti cachexia: stimulates the appetite and encourages eating
Treating Sleep Apnea
Antioxidant fight against free radicals responsible for cell aging
THC levels that are too high can cause the following side effects: spatiotemporal disorientation, memory loss, tachycardia, nervousness, anxiety, paranoia. For this reason, people with predispositions to schizophrenia, bipolar or anxiety should avoid consuming cannabis strains with high levels of THC. These side effects are generally limited by the presence of other cannabinoids such as CBN or CBD.-quote.
Analgesic: reduces real pain, for this case, the CBD is the most efficient cannabinoid
Anti-inflammatory: reduces inflammation
CBD has anti-tumor, anti metastatic properties, limiting progression of some cancers (particularly the prostate, breast, colon, brain …). The CBD also combats the appearance of tumors.
Anxiolytic and anti-depressant: reduce anxiety symptoms, bringing calmness and relaxation.
Antiemetics: reduces nausea and vomiting
Antipsychotics reduce psychosis (including delusions and hallucinations), helps fight schizophrenia
Treatment of multiple sclerosis (SEP) and of fibromyalgia
Powerful muscle relaxant
Helps combat insomnia
Protects against cerebral degeneration (Alzheimer’s …)
Relieves Rheumatoid Arthritis
Antiepileptic: reduce seizures and convulsions
Antidiabetic: lowers blood sugar levels
Antispasmodic: It prevents spasms and convulsions
Anti-ischemic: reduces the risk of clogged arteries
Antibacterial: removes some bacteria, limiting their movement and reproduction (bacteriostatic), in a more effective way than THC.
Anti-psoriasis helps combat skin disease
Fights against acne
Hypotensive: reduces blood pressure
Anti-prokinetic: slows the contractions of the small intestine, helps fight Crohn’s disease (but increases habituation to Remicade) and irritable bowel disease.
Antioxidant fighting against free radicals (CBD is more antioxidant than vitamins C or E)
Reduces the urge to smoke tobacco
Stimulates bone growth
Too high levels of CBD may cause sedation (sleep). This is what i need-msl.
The vaporization temperature of CBD is between 160 and 180 ° C.-quote.
found this site too don’t know how accurate it is but seems interesting. MSL maybe you have read or hear anything on this? Also, can you be kind enough to share some links for the 528hz frequency sound.

CBD has really strong anti-oxidant and anti-inflammatory properties, due primarily to its effects on your adenosine receptors and cytochrome P-450 and 2C enzymes.-quote.
I used this one sound video for healing meditation and it helped me, it´s a combination of bells, water sounds and frequencies.
My protocol was to drink a cup of water on an empty stomach and try to relax as much a possible, the only problem for me was that it was only half an hour long and at about the half hour mark i was just getting into a deep meditative state, so i had to get up and start the video again.
The reason i´m putting up a lot of things on hemp cbd oil is because it seems to be a very reasonable natural medicine for our symptoms.
As you know i have been taking nutritional hemp oil and it has helped a little bit, i wish i had access to cbd drops which are legal in the u.s. since the hemp oil i have does not contain considerable amounts of cbd and absolutely no reasonable amount of thc, perhaps 1%, but it just goes to show that if i can get some relief with 1%, imagine the relief someone could get with a higher % which the cbd drops have?
The reviews i’ve seen for cbd drops look very promising for our flox symptoms, especially if you are going through an acute cycle, you need all the help you can get. without resorting to synthetic drugs.
I also realize how difficult it is psychologically to overcome symptoms like anxiety, nerve pain and insomnia.
Terry you will get better, you are going through a rough patch, it has happened to all of us.
Look into the cbd drops, everything i have read about them is very promising, the cbd drops are incredible natural medicine from the customer reviews i´ve read.
If they can help us sleep better, that right there is half the battle won, cause good sound sleep is essential for healing.
One of the things i did recently when my leg was in the acute stage, was repeat positive phrases over and over again.
I used to repeat this phrase.
My leg is healing i am healthy and strong.
I was mentally programming my body to heal
I left no stone unturned!
It paid off because i feel better and i am walking again.

“From what we’ve seen so far, it’s almost a complete prevention of the onset of the neuropathic pain,” said Ward in the journal Anesthesia & Analgesia. Ward is the lead author of the study.-quote.
CBD showed promise in preventing the kind of neuropathic pain that can result from the chemotherapy drug paclitaxel (sold as the brand-name Taxol, among others).-quote.
Quins are a chemo drug, if it worked for taxol it should work for quins.
Vaporized cannabis, even at low doses, may present an effective option for patients with treatment-resistant neuropathic pain.-quote. http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/pubmed/23237736
