I wanted to share my story…

I am about 10 years out from my first blast of FQs and steroids. I have tried many things, some helped, some made no difference, some made things worse…

So I want to share what has helped me the most.

7 years ago I saw a nutritional dr who diagnosed and successfully treated me for adrenal exhaustion.

He was the first and ONLY dr who actually helped. I stopped seeing him because of financial difficulties. Unfortunately my insurance does not cover health only illness. I finally went back to him and he ordered a hair tissue mineral analysis and I was diagnosed with heavy metal toxicity. A year later into his protocol and I am almost free of this!

My next step he recommends doing 23andme and give him the raw data info to analyze as this test will reveal even more health issues he can attempt to correct. I have had 3 hair tests and 2 biofeedback tests done to determine which supplements my body needs to aid in healing. Up until now it’s all been a guessing game.

I have made tremendous strides with correct supplements and diet changes. I mainly follow the KETO diet along with recommendations from the blood type diet which he both supports. He truly has been a God send for me!
