Renee had taken fluoroquiolones in the past with no notable adverse reaction. This time though, after taking ONE PILL, the flox BOMB went off in her body and she experienced many devastating symptoms of fluoroquinolone toxicity.
Some keys to her recovery included The Wahls Protocol diet, support from loved ones, and a hopeful, positive attitude.

Renee , I enjoyed your podcast and the useful info that you provided! I actually bought the Wahls protocol book but was a little overwhelmed with the diet! Looks like a lot of prep work but maybe you worked out a system. What was a typical day like for you food wise to get 9 cups of veggies and fruit in? Did you include much organic meat?? Also when did you feel you felt pretty close to recovered after being floxed? I am dealing with quite a bit of brain fog. Was there a point in time where the fog started to lift for you???
